Motel 728 is one of the best places I ever stayed I want to thank Stacy in the front office for the housepitality and keeping the rooms clean and the owner Jason for being understanding and kind. For a long-term or even a short term stay this is one of the best places you could be!

My family and I have been staying here going on 4 weeks now. The price is okay. Especially when you are working with a budget. Frank(manager) always checks on guests. He treats my family like family. He always checks to see if we are okay and if there are any issues. Jason(owner) when here he checks in on his guests as well.The owner and the manager works great as a team. It's a quiet place and everyone respects eschother.

Won't accept a trained certified service dog because it's a Pit/Terrier mix, but they accept other large breed dogs? Discrimination against these dogs are ridiculous. Even a professionally trained service animal.

This place is best suited as a long term facility, over short term stays. The manager seems to be friendly and accommodating. All in all, a pretty decent place.

I just stayed there last weekend during the Fat Tire Mountain Bike Fest in Santos. I din't expect much since it is a motel and only $48 per night. But when I came back to my room and it hadn't been touched I was not happy. No fresh towels, bed not made, trash not taken out...NOTHING. A girl lives there and apparently does nothing all day. I asked her about it and she didn't really have an answer other then it's a MOTEL. I have stayed in a few cheap motels when there is no camping available in the area and this is the only one that doesn't service the room while you are gone. One nice thing is the restaurant that is right there called Mary's. Great breakfast. So at least there was one good part about staying there. But I won't anymore! There is to many other locally owned motels in the area and I will keep trying out different ones until I find a good one. Silver Princess isn't bad but I think it could be better as far as customer service.

My stay here so far has been a good experiance. The owner Jason is a good hearted man that works well with the needs of his tenants. Some rooms need work that are getting worked on daily, and the atmosphere is very homey. I am looking forward to my weeks stay at Motel 728! <br/>Thank you Jason for all your help!

Not worth the money. Poor management with absolutely no business experience. They say Wi-Fi and laundry is included but neither are. Every rooms plumbing will back up and over flow so that as a tenant you can deal with it because the owner doesn't want to pay a plumber. There is roaches, spiders, ants and wasps in the room but the owner (who has the chemicals already can't find the time And doesn't care enough to spray) And when they raise rent in the middle of the week and your already paid up with a receipt they still want you to pay the difference or they will just kick you out with no refund with a bogus excuse because all they care about is money. Oh and i forgot to mention the owners use and sell drugs from the office.

Okay...I mean no disrespect and do not normally bother to leave a bad review, but I think there is something that needs to be addressed here. Apon arrival, there were no lights that indicated where the office was. After driving around the parking lot we saw a small sign saying that check in was off to an odd dark corner next to the restaurant. My fiance got out and checked us in. The guy who works there clearly lives there and has a small dog who barked at my fiance's ankels non stop. Turns out it wasn't a real office, just the workers room. He paid cash and got the key to the room...The room was so dirty and the smoke detector was beeping as soon as we opened the door. The battery clearly needed to be changed. The bed was more of a cot and it was clearly unmade with unwashed blankets. There was no blinds, just a sheet tacked up to cover the window. The bathroom was very dirty with a used bar of soap on the sink that looked like it was there for days. There was hair everywhere and a used disposable razer on the shower floor. The worst part was an unflushed condom in the toilet. We immediately walked out and asked for a refund. The guy was understanding and gave us our cash back, and did not act surprised at all. This is something that needs to be brought to attention. It's a shame to see such a disgrace of a business and I hope that this is something the owners can work to fix in the near future. Shame on them.
