Motel 6 - Motel in Catoosa - 18715 E Admiral Pl, USA

Had a knock at 10AM on the door. When we opened it we were greeted by a Motel 6 staff member. They informed us checkout is at 11 and is fast approaching. After not seeing the luggage cart we walked next door to the Glo Hotel in the same parking lot as the Motel 6 and the staff at both hotels were seen at both hotels. We did not see an issue but both hotels saw fit to trap my husband in the elevator to jump down his throat for trying to accommodate the hotel staff who nicely asked us to be hastey with two managers. After causing my husband to have a panic attack in the elevator he freaks out to get out of the elevator and to our room while the two managers are treating him with police. Not only was he accosted by staff but also another patron as well who was not even with our party. That guest had her belonging put on the curb and me and my husband had to help her pack her vehicle. Then the manger acted even more slanted towards us because we had assisted the other guest just like when we attempted to accommodate her staff. Awful situation.

Positive: Location Negative: Staff was rude would only allow one towel for a three day. Stay never cleaned the room and never came to clean up the water that the air conditioner poured all over the floor regardless of how many times we asked

Had a reservation, checked into the room and went to the room. And oh my goodness, the owner said it was cleaned, I don’t know what she may think is cleaned but the curtains had holes in it, the floors were not swept, room had a awful smell of cigarettes. And the beds had stains on them. This was very sad, this hotel needs up dating. It’s a slum hotel. This is a trashy hotel. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!!! If you can’t afford to pay for something else you’re better off sleeping in your cars. I returned my key and let them know I’m canceling because the room was that bad.

DO NOT STAY HERE, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! My children and I were staying at this hotel because our house was damaged in the tornado in Claremore on May 25th, 2024 leaving us without a place to live. The owners are a South Indian Family and take turns running the service desk. They are very rude, inhospitable, and abusive to their house keeping staff. My son has been having nightmares about the tornado coming back and killing our family, he peed the bed because of this, we were in the house when the tornado hit it and he has been suffering from some PTSD. We stripped the bed to find it covered in many different stains none of which came from him peeing and the house keeper took the soiled bedding, but told us we'd have to wait for them to be washed because there are not any extra blankets/sheets in the hotel. The toilet kept getting clogged, even though we weren't putting any toilet paper in it. It overflowed and I plunged it myself, we cleaned up the water and bagged the wet towels for house keeping. When I asked housekeeping for a couple extra big bags for our trash and dirty wet clothes that were in the bathroom when the toilet overflowed, they said they were only given a limited amount and I could ask the front desk for some. I went downstairs and explained, and asked for some bags. The lady immediately started to yell at me saying to stop putting food and toilet paper down the toilet (I didn't do that), and told me if the housekeeper already gave me 1 bag why do I need another one, I told her I used it to bag the wet towels for them, but she didn't want to give me another bag. She then proceeded to call me a bad mother and asked me why I let my child pee the bed, why I didn't put something on the bed like this and pointed to some plastic. I told her he doesn't usually have accidents and I didn't have anything like that, we are living out of a laundry basket because our house was destroyed by a tornado. She responded with she knows our house was destroyed and told me I should take better care of my children that other people come here and their kids don't have this problem. Then said she is going to charge my card for the mattress. I ended up just walking away because I was so shocked by her behavior and lack of remorse. Later we asked for towels and they said they don't give towels we would have to wait for house keeping to come the next day, the laundry room was open right behind them and I could see clean, folded towels, they just didn't want to. They also want you to take out your own trash to the dumpster behind the hotel, but don't want to give you trash bags to put back in the bins or to bag your trash up with (bins are very small n fill super quick)

Customer service is horrible, staff talks back to customer. Opon check in, the rudest customer service ever. (Because she couldn't find my father's name which they had entered wrong) she tried to tell me , "don't you know how to spell your father's name" her exact words. I corrected her right of way, that I know my father's name you better check your system which you guys entered his name wrong. It's a long stay motel, means people are staying here for work, away from home for reasons besides being on vacation. I borrowed the luggage cart and I got 3 calls in 15mins to bring down the cart. I was on my conference call but the girl downstairs couldn't be any rude. When I did bring down the cart, she tried to demand me to put the cart back to exact spot where I got it from. Like if I'm her housekeeper?? Luckily I'm not staying here , i came to visit my father. Never again I would recommend anyone to stay. I work here near locally neat by, I will make sure to let all of my customers know not to stay here.

They hounded me for a Google review so bad at checkout so here it is. Hands down the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at, roaches in the room and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The Indian at the counter was so rude. When I asked for extra towels she tells me “YOU SAID ONLY 2 PEOPLE WERE STAYING HERE, HOW MANY PEOPLE??” I said “2!”. The people in the room above us were jumping up and down and running around all night (past midnight), I honestly think it might’ve been the Indian from the lobby messing around in an empty room above us. So nosy and so damn rude, we will never be back!!!!!!!!

Overall, the stay here was terrible. When checking all you smell is curry and mold. The rooms i stayed in in something was either broken or missing. Overall, the appearance of each room looked in bad shape. The hallways smell like cigarettes, Marijuana and mold. The young lady who checked me in every night had an attitude. She also got rude with me because my dog walked through the no pet area even though he had all done his business elsewhere. She should be more worried about guest safety. Both side entrances don't lock, and anybody can just walk in. I would never recommend this location to anyone!

The women here said Cherokees can not visit their family. When i said I was Cherokee and American so I am visiting they said fine I could only visit 20 or 30 minutes whatever she decides.. is these legal
