Our stay here was more than what we had expected. Extremely impressed with the way the staff accommodated our needs. Definitely should stop in and check out the buildings new look. Very impressed with the rooms. By far the best hot shower I have had in a long time. Everyone is super friendly and gave a vibe like I was at home. Great job keep it up guys!

**About the Place:** Conveniently located off Highway 77 near Williamstown, WV, this Motel 6 is right next to the West Virginia welcome center. The management was very helpful and amazing. **About the Stay:** I stayed here for a couple of days, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and cheap. It's a good place to stop by during a long drive or if you like to explore the nature around. **Overall Experience:** Overall, a great place for a budget-friendly stay with excellent management and a convenient location.

On a very tiring and difficult evening returning home after a week of travel, I was thankful that I was able to recover from my fatigue very comfortably and leave with a refreshing morning at Williamstown WV, which I happened to stop by. It was located right next to Highway 77, so it had good traffic, but it was well-soundproofed so it wasn't noisy at all, and there was a very delicious restaurant right in front, so it was convenient. Spacious room, friendly front desk, and very affordable price. My hope is that it will continue to be a good resting place for travelers in need and that business will prosper.

It’s a place to sleep! The downstairs was nice because of the remodel. The upstairs looked the the hotel from the shining!! There were a few sketchy people. However it was not a bad deal for the price. It’s a good place to stay when you are on a budget or a last minute reservation. The older man was very nice and accommodating. The place was clean! The sheet and blankets. No bed bugs!

Was renting a room for 1 week. Got to room and door was opened and no lights on. Upon entering the room, a terrible smell was all around. It was CAT PEE!! I went back to the desk clerk, and he had already retreated to his room. So we proceeded to bring our stuff in. and I always bring cleaning supplies, and we got to work cleaning our room.we arrived at about 8:30 pm and cleaned till 2am. This place was disgusting. Next morning I went to tell to the deck clerk and he was not the one who checked us in, he apologized and said he didn't have the authority to do anything. I finally talked to manager and he told me that the room had been cleaned the day we arrived and he said that he was the one who cleaned. I told him he was wrong, and he just walked away. The owner would only offer another room... And I told him that was not fair and I should be reimbursed, cause I was not going to clean another room! A week cost me $389. And not once was the hallway vacuumed, and A/C was not very cold. I would have gone to another motel, but I was told no refunds! Update 6-28-2024 Motel manager reached out to me today and was kind enough to reimburse me for the 1 night that we had to clean our room. I am thankful for that. We also talked about cleaning products and procedures and he thank me for the information. He apologized for all the inconveniences and hoped I would give them another try next time I was in the area.I truly wish you much success in the future. I will make my way back to check in with you. Update: July-24- 2024 The motel owner has been keeping me apprised of the progress they have made since my visit. He assured me of changes to cleaning routines and checking to make sure it get done correctly. I have been the owner of a cleaning company for 25+ years, with multi-million $ homes and I would like to see them succeed. I will return in the next year and give another review. The area was a bit sketchy, not walkable at all, but overall what got to me was the state that the room was in when we checked in for the night. There was water on the floor that appeared to have been leaking from the refrigerator or somewhere around the far corner, there was also a lot of dirt and what appeared to be nail clippings under the radiator that my partner and I noticed after we turned the lights on. The shower/tub wasn't any better, the tub had stains on it and hair that was not cleaned. We checked in at around 7:30pm and checked right out at 8:50pm that same evening and asked if we could be refunded. The front desk worker was very polite and understood the situation and referred us to the website we'd used to make the booking. After calling them, Expedia said that the hotel is denying the refund, claiming that we had checked in earlier at 5:00pm and that they offered us another room. Neither of which were true.

I fell in love with the place the very day I stepped in. Great customer service right from the front desk. The rooms are very neat and comfortable. I’ve gotten myself a new home away from home. You should all give visit when in town.

Downstairs is newly remodeled which are nice. The owner is getting it back to a better looking motel. One of the cleaner ones I've ever been in and I travel for work so I've been in a few different ones.
