if i could give this nightmare 0 stars i would. this place is a dump. actually foul. bed sheets, pillows, comforter and mattress were all stained. there were random spots of something dried up on the floor. the floor under the bed looks like it has quite literally never been cleaned. there was hair in the shower drain and a big dead bug on the floor. the ac didn’t work well so the room was a sauna, and it smelled musty. we genuinely felt so disgusted and unsafe that we decided we felt more safe sleeping in our car at a rest stop instead of that dump. there was also a sign on our door saying that the room must stay vacant until health inspections were done. don’t stay here.

Do not stay here. This was the worst motel I have ever been to. It started by being given an upstairs room. Right away you notice the security door is off the hinges. You walk down the hallway to the fire alarm beeping every 30 seconds because it needs a battery change. Then you walk into your room that smells of smoke with a faucet hanging into the sink. I asked to change rooms. I was told, when she went to investigate why I was asking for a new room, that the “alarm is no problem”. Later the manager told my husband, “it’s your problem if you can’t sleep through this and it is a state requirement to have this beeping for security”. (If they were concerned about security, the security door would have a latch and key entrance). But I was offered a new room when I said I couldn’t sleep through that noise. So we left the hallway that felt like a drug den. She lead me to the next room which smelled the exact same as the first. I asked if she allowed smokers in all rooms and she said they were non-smoking. When my husband went in, we decided we could not tolerate this. It would exacerbate his asthma just by being in there. We contacted Expedia who was going to help us cancel. They spoke with the manager who insisted I look at another room. He lead me to a room that did not smell of smoke stating they only save a few of the rooms that are “truly” non-smoking. So we settle in. Later we find that the door doesn’t actually close. I put all my body weight into slamming it… and still, would not latch. At this point we are late for the wedding we are attending. Luckily my husband managed to close the door after scraping up his hand. Make sure your deadbolt is locked at night. Further, the water is well water and undrinkable. Luckily we had brought plenty of water with us. They also only gave us 1 towel for 2 people. Our bed sheets were also stained. For those of you who are staying at this Motel 6 because of Motel 6’s “Pets Always Stay Free” policy, pick an alternate hotel. They have a $50 pet fee daily plus a security charge (I believe $250 deposit). On our last day. A staff member knocked on our door an hour before check out to remind us if we check out after 11 AM, we will be charged more. I’m not use to this kind of service. I thought it was odd and domineering. Spend the extra at a different hotel. Put your hard earned paycheque towards a different hotel and save yourself a headache.

This is the most gross place.to stay, they even robbed me! I was given a room, that was disgusting. Then the gave me a different room, which wasn't better. When I was taking my belongings to another room, I left a few items and when I went to get my belongings they were gone. It was literally less than 4 minutes. When I complained that I wanted my belongings they called the police to have me removed! Terrible staff, management and rooms are horrible.

Excellent place, highly recommend for a weekend. Staff was incredibly friendly, and some of the best and most helpful customer service I’ve gotten the opportunity to speak to! Overall I’m very happy with my experience and hope others check this Motel in Williamstown out as well!

I was a little hesitate to stsy there. Before the new management took over the Motel 6 it was the Pike Inn. I heard nothing but horror stories. But now that the new management took over the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were updated. an They were nice and clean. I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I would diffently stay there again.

I stayed at this motel in November 2023 and paid upfront for a stay of 12 days. I checked out early on the 8th day and the owner refused to return the difference of $380.84. I contacted my credit card company and they could not resolve. The Motel 6 corporate office could not resolve it either. If I were you, I would avoid this location, that is unless you have money to throw away!

Low budget motel. Looks somewhat recently renovated. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was ok, but the heat didn't work. Happened in my friends room as well. They gave me a little space heater. The AC unit and heater was yellow and very yucky looking. Didn't match the freshly painted room. The sheets were rather stained. Not horribly in my room. But my friends room it looked bad. I reserved a king bed but got a full size. I was not picky and just let it go. Other amenities like TV fridge microwave were fine. It has a good location as I was skydiving at cross keys. If you don't have high standards it's tolerable. If you do, this is not the place. Staff was very nice and helpful.

literal dump has roaches and mice owner writes fake reviews to try and make it seem higher rated then it is i wouldn’t wish a stay here on my worst enemy
