Motel 6 Wichita Falls, TX - North - Motel in Wichita Falls - 1211 Central E Fwy, USA

Rooms are great very quiet staff is wonderful made me feel like family. Every consideration was taken care of. I drive semi and I've been to some pretty s#itty motel this one is a diamond in the ruff. They have enough parking for 10+ tractor trailers and if you are pulling an rv your good. I would recommend this motel 6 to any friends that were looking. Staff thank you very much for a wonderful stay : )

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! No USB ports, found 2 bugs in the bed under pillows, bugs on floor around the bed, in bathroom. Bathroom door would not close. Totally run down and not took care of at all. Needs updated all the way around. ||The linens were clean (towels, sheets, etc) but that is all I can say good about the room. We stayed 1 night. There wasn't necessarily anything wrong with the location and service... except for the fact that the rooms were disgusting. I get that this is a motel 6 and that expectations can't be too high but this was ridiculous. Walls were stained. Sheets were stained. Plumbing had issues. Bathrooms not cleaned. And... rat poo. Seriously. I went back for a change of rooms and what I traded was water on the floor for poo in the corners.

Booked 2 rooms through expedia and was charged through the website. Got to the motel late (about 1:30 am) and went to check in. The lady there could only find one of the 2 rooms on the reservation and told us that payment had to be made there, not on the website. She charged us for that room, and then charged us for a 2nd room. I got my kids set up in the 1st room, went to our room upstairs and there was a guy sitting on a camping chair next to the door to our room, getting drunk and talking to someone on speakerphone. When my boyfriend went to run to the car, the drunk guy kept knocking on the door trying to get me to open it. I probably should have reported it but by then it was 2am and I was tired and didn't want to antagonize the drunk guy so we just went to sleep. The next morning we couldn't even shower because there was no hot water. The tap wouldn't get hotter than body temp. This was probably for the best because in the light of day the room was filthy. Hair all over the bathroom, spots on the wall that seemed to be body fluids of varying color and texture. Checked our credit card statement and saw that we were charged twice, once through expedia, and again through Motel 6. The guy at the front desk did help us get the extra charges reversed. From there we went to pack up and leave. Upon getting the kids up my daughter told me there were bugs on her bed. A quick search found BEDBUGS!!! I'm now praying that this isnt going to be a lasting problem. To be fair the guy offered to refund us for the bedbug room but save yourself the hassle and find another place to stay.

Man that checked is in was pleasent and friendly. Affordable rooms with AARP discount. Easy on and off to the freeway. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only one thing is that king bed only had three pillows not four.

I didn’t stay. There were rodent droppings in the room and dead bugs. I went right back to the front desk and asked for a full refund. I’ve never had a problem with a Motel 6 before. They were nice and refunded me and apologized.

The costumer service was very nice and when I got to the room it was very clean. I didn’t have any problems and was overall a great stay.
