Motel 6 White House, TN - Motel in White House - 340 Hester Dr, USA

The woman at the front desk was very nice, and the sheets looked/smelled clean. But that's about all the positive feedback I have. The floors were pretty dirty and there was mold around the tub. One of the bulbs was burnt out (a minor inconvenience, but still..). I had to physically move the bed in order to close the bathroom door. The Wifi only worked ~30% of the time, and at one point didn't work from 10pm-5:30am. We (my husband and child) could hear EVERYTHING the people above us were doing as well as the (maintenance room?) phone ringing at 4 in the morning multiple times. It was cold, so we turned on the heat and the smell of burning dust gave me a headache but after that, it smelled like warm, wet dog(??). And lastly... I know microwaves aren't necessarily a must for a hotel room (and I understand why) but I've never stayed in one without one. If I want to heat up leftovers late at night...I don't wanna be going to another room in my pajamas, and me and my husband both regularly heat up rice socks for joint pain.

On our way home out of state and tired, had to stop. Absolutely Disgusting. Bugs and dirt on floors, rooms smelled, air doesn't work, phones in room do not work. Walls had stuff splattered on them. Had to change rooms twice. Was charged $75 for this mess. The girl at desk wants to complain about people parking in front, but does nothing about twh peope smokimg dope outside and insode the rooms. Unless you are on drugs, I wouldn't go here.

First, I'm aware that I didn't book a room in a high end Hotel. However, it started with the female who checked us in at 1am, after we drove for 13 hrs to attend a graduation... she was rude and even screamed at my Grandmother. She learned quickly that we weren't putting up with her attitude. Next, as soon as we walked into the room, there were 4 bugs crawling around. After that, there was feces on the bathroom walls. Lastly, only because I'd rather not continue, my Grandmother asked for more towels on our 2nd day there from a younger man who was literally standing in the supply room where the towels & toilet paper are located...he said that the maid was gone for the day. He told her to go get the dirty towels & bring them back to him before he would hand over anything. Watch the cameras from last Saturday Motel 6. There was a camera in front of our room, facing where that took place. I'll leave it there. I'm glad it was just for a weekend. Will not return.

I stopped after driving over 800 miles for a clean bed. The room was clean. Plenty of places nearby to pick up fast foods. Reasonable rates. I slept and left at 5 am, so I was there about 10 hours. I stayed here the last time I drove to Florida, but this time when I got off the highway I didn't see the group of several hotels. Don't miss them they are a bit off the road, but right at the exit.

I passed through this town back in February 2024 and the service was good. The room was very clean and it was pretty much quiet and convenient to restaurants

It was pouring down rain and I was so glad to see motel 6. The only problem I had was my room door was hard to open. LOL

Motel is right off the freeway. Our room was spacious and clean.plenty of hot water for a shower and great water .There are plenty of near by places to eat.We had a great stay.

When we got to our room it was absolutely disgusting. There was old urine on the toilet seat and around the lid, it was like the bathroom wasn't even cleaned. There were little black specks all over the sheets and dead bugs everywhere, unfortunately we couldn't cancel because there was no option through the hopper app, so we had to run to the store to get clean sheets and cleaning supplies and just tough it out for the remainder of our stay. This was completely unacceptable.
