Greetings; My husband and I stayed at your location for a one-night stay [8/31/24]. We had one other stay several years ago. The location is fantastic, especially since we were in the area to meet up with friends. We made a reservation and our check-in was easy and efficient. This is not a host of complaints, but more so observations from someone who travels a lot and stays at all levels of accommodations including Airbnb and guest houses. 1. Our room was relatively clean, but the placement of the bed was awkward. I have noticed this in other reviews as well. It appears that the room had two beds in it at one point, but the second one had been removed. Unfortunately, if the bed was repositioned in the center of the main wall, the headboard would block the wall outlet and switches that control the wall sconces. 2. The television and cable worked fine. 3. The bathroom lacked two guest bath towels. We went to the office and spoke with the attendant and explained there was one regular bath towel. What she gave us was a second bath mat. There was already one in the bathroom folded on the edge of the tub. 4. The room had a slight odor of cigarette smoke, but we are not sure if that was coming from the outside. There were a lot of cigarette butts in the exterior corridors, on the stairwells, etc. 5. On the plus side, it was very quiet at night. No disturbances to our sleep whatsoever. For the price point, it was worth the $$. From the perspective of curb appeal and aesthetics on the exterior, it needs some TLC. We did notice a few broken locks on the entry doors (one with a towel stuffed in it). The sidewalks need a really good pressure washing. Overall, I think your location has great value and just needs a bit more attention to some details. Other than that, we had a good stay with you all!!!!!!!

Great location, budget hotel offering clean quiet rooms and not much more. Our "queen" room actually a single twin bed rather cramped for two big men, and only one towel available to share. It's clear there's a substantial resident population living there full time but I have to be fair and say that noise overnight on a Saturday was kept to a minimum, and the common areas are extremely well lit. Several fast food and fast casual places in easy walking distance.

Could anyone contact us about our lost Kindle?? There’s no official email we can send this message to. We were there last Saturday and forgot our Kindle which was under the pillow of the Room 129, and we tried to call but only got through one time, and were told to contact again the next morning but then no one picked up the phone. We left right before the cleaning crew went in the room so it should have been noticed by them. Could someone please contact us if you found it? Just reply or call us back. Our last name for booking is Fan. About the place: The location is great, but the room is extremely humid and the bed is so small for even us (we are around 5’7” and 120 lbs).

What great staff the general manager Erica Valentine, has this motel 6 in Great condition running smoothly clean, efficient, honestly I've been here before and it was chaotic unsafe dirty she has made this place amazing it's unbelievable her staff pleasant everybody's working together and extremely efficient. I would say this is one of the best ran hotel or motel I've ever been in.My favorite has to be IDELIS she works the front desk, helpful understanding and great personality I look forward to paying for the room everyday sounds crazy right but she does this smile on my face she's so sweet and so nice Pedro .the housekeeping manager is wonderful has the best Crew, everybody works together he's hands on always out helping everybody I can't it's just amazing that there's actually pleasant nice people still for customer service , they deal with all kinds of people and still keep a professional attitude.I can't even say how clean this place is everything looks brand new very comfortable the cable is great DirecTV getting million stations I really have nothing negative to say the best part is there accommodations for our pets is refreshing to know that myself end my dog yo-yo play we are safe and in good hands here.

Definitely only stay here if you have no other options. It is convenient for its location. If you don't mind a little noise, this place is okay. They need to lower the weekly rate because it's $440 without a fridge and microwave and I've had apartments even run down be nicer than the room I am in and cheaper than the weekly rate too.

I stayed for a week and the assistant manager Idelis who checked me in was very polite and helpful and has great customer service skills. Was very satisfied with the room I stayed in it was clean and organized the bed was comfortable also. Will definitely revisit again.

Paper thin blankets and pillows. Almost better off without. Not enough outlets to charge devices. The front desk couldn't be bothered when asked for assistance or at checkout, to busy talking with friends.

Comfortable room for the price and good location but the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There was residue in the sink, flies, stains on the walls and dirt everywhere. The TV was also not working correctly.
