We had to stay here last minute since there was a misunderstanding at another hotel we were going to stay at. We were originally going to stay only one night until we found another place but we ended up staying the whole trip because the staff was so kind and we felt safe! The rooms were clean, staff was happy and helpful, and very welcoming. Not going to lie, I’ve always had bad experiences at motel 6s, but this one changed my opinion completely. Plus it’s right next to a wonderful diner called “the goldenwest cafe” which is literally like 10 steps away from your room. Beautiful area, clean rooms, happy customers!

Great location of you come for the Vietnamese food. The bed had a very large and heavy person laid in a dead still position for probably 10 years. A crater in the right side. That same person probably stood in front of the toilet door 3.5 years, because there's a dip in the floor. R220. Went to tell the front desk and they said there is no other room to move me to and they're in the middle of renovation.

It's just a straightforward Motel 6 that still exhibits Brand. Clean and a great mix of people of all walks including myself. It's one of the last places where everyone minds there business and keeps things normal. The Staff is down and the place is clean. Maids are nice and the don't forget the Liquor Store across the Street closes early if you have sweet tooth or need a beer.

This place is horrible!! Do NOT GO HERE!! The kid working the front desk was the only decent thing about this place. The manager who clearly has a an issue with basic communication skills let alone lacks in basic customer service. She needs to be schooled on how to conduct herself as a decent human being, let alone a manger of a business.

Christina presented me and my spouse with outstanding customer service. She was very accommodating to our needs, and she did it all with a warm personality and smile 😊. Definitely recommend this place .

Checked out early. Upon arriving, the motel has poor curb appeal. The view you see is a side of the building with a door with a bar on it. Walk around to check in and there is a more appealing courtyard. Checked in and was given the last non-smoking room, which was on the street side versus courtyard. Lots of road noise. Enter the room. Smells funky - urine? Go to open the window...screen is cut so badly it easy an obvious break-in. Door has gap when closed. Floor not the cleanest. Use the restroom and it doesn't flush even remotely correctly. They have maintenance come. Maintenance arrives promptly and unclogs it though says it was too much tp...no. Putting that aside, maintenance carried the dripping plunger out without wrapping it so it left toilet water throughout the room. Asked for housekeeping. She came quickly and sprayed and mopped the bathroom. She did not do the whole floor. She was gone so fast I couldn't help but wonder if it was cleaned properly. She told me to use less tp...sorry but my skin is not touching that seat. Meanwhile, ac doesn't cool well and is so loud it blocks traffic noise. Next morning, shower lots of pressure but drainage issue and the tub is inches of water by the end of the shower. Left for the day. Came back to urine smell. Used restroom and it clogged again. Did not have a restroom all night. Checked out early. PROS: staff were all very polite. ||.

Betty G is the head of housekeeping she was the best she gave us all new sheets she does the best job and she keeps all the rooms very clean. You guys need to give her a raise. She works very hard.

So I must say every time I stay at this location the rooms are great. Everything is taken care of and they are very accommodating and very respectful and very courteous to us when me and my family stay at this location. The staff is amazing and especially the housekeeper, Bety always has a smile on the makes us feel so welcome when we are there that it gives us the sense of feeling like we at home.
