This stay even if only for one night was good... the front desk clerk, Sarah, if I'm mot mistaken wad amazing. She was super nice, very friendly, asked what floor my mom and I preferred, we have never before been asked that. It was greatly appreciated. When we go back to Weslaco, our home town, we chose to stay there cause it is affordable. My sister and her family stay there as well. We will continue to stay there for the affordability and great customer service that employees like Sarah give. I hope she is there the next time we go visit our home town.

I used to stay here all the time I think they have new owners. Now is horrible mold in the rooms, avocado core on the floor behind the mini refrigerator and mold in the ice maker. And when we arrived we had NO remote Tv and they sell toothbrush 🪥 for $7.00 and is worth ¢.25. I don’t want to hear a thank you for you feed BACK !!! But I put a complaint that haven’t been resolved.

stayed there two days ago and was a brown stain on the both of the blankets and including the comforter. When brought up to the front desk, they said there was nothing they could do about it. No discount not even a free stay. Horrible customer services. Had to sleep on a brown stain all night hoping it wasn’t human feces.

Really nice place, but the night front desk guy is 100% on meth, and the management doesnt seem to care, literally shaking, stammering, and talking and moving 100 miles an hour, makes me feel unsafe to stay here, in an otherwise very safe feeling area and place, completely rediculous that its been reported multiple times and nothing is done, Ill be moving elsewhere and NOT coming back

A quaint Motel 6, true to its brand's heart, Incredibly clean, in every single part. For stays that stretch or briefly dart, A haven of cleanliness, off the chart. Yet, amidst this charm, a quirky remark, The pool, an oddity, missing its spark. High walls cast shadows, where daylight's stark, A dip, not recommended, in this peculiar park.

Customer service was great 👍. Pool water well kept good temperature. Room clean Good AC.

We stayed here for 4 days. Not a single complaint. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff was friendly, and it was quiet. The location is ideal due to it being in the center of the valley. Coffee makers in the rooms would have been nice or in the lobby but that is the only change that needed to be made. This is definitely going to be our spot every time we come.

Don't trust the cleaning crew. We ask to just replace towels not to clean room. While we left apparently someone help themselves to a gold necklace of about $400 value plus sintemental value. If you stay here don't leave nothing of value out. Take everything of value with you if you leave the room.because you can't trust c l eaning crew.
