Motel 6 Vallejo, CA - Six Flags West - Motel in Vallejo - 1455 Enterprise St, USA

I will NOT!! be coming back to this awful place. Fiona at the front desk was very rude she was a B***. During my last days there I was told they were going to move me and my kids to a smaller room due to them being booked and people having reservations. So I decided to be out. When leaving I did Not get my deposit back because they said towels were dirty and damages that was already there when I got the room (mind you I have kids) Fiona didn't like me since day 1 for God knows what!? So yes we were an easy target to blame any little thing to keep my deposit to be petty also my lil one lost her tablet there and when I called after realizing it was missing and that was the last place we had it they denied not finding or having it, supposably she asked staff and it was no where to be found. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I've been to plenty hotels and this was the worst hotel I've ever been to in my life I can't believe how rude and petty the Ogre at the front desk was and I still don't know why all the rudeness when I kept to myself, kept the room maintained and I was very kind too. If I can give this No stars I would it was Trash I don't recommend and hope no one had to experience what we had to go through during our stay

A 3.5, up from a 1 a few years ago. This place has definitely improved it’s image over the past couple years, although it is still frequented by Internet hookers and the temporarily monied homeless people. A few things to know, when you park your car park your car with your trunk against the wall, and do not leave a single valuable thing in your car. Just because it says fairgrounds does not mean it is close to the fairgrounds or has its quality improved by being associated with the fairgrounds. The Internet sucks but at least it has it, and unlike many Motel 6 I’ve seen over the past few years these rooms actually have a refrigerator a phone and a TV. If you can book it one of the other ones in the area, you do save some money by using this one but at your peril. The pictures are of the door of my room, at some point in time in the recent past great violence was done to that door and they didn’t replace it. And somebody tried to break in my window while I was in the room. Enjoy!

The only thing I don't like about this place is the $100 deposit because I'll put it like this (think about it) They charged me for a floor towel because it was dirty..... First of all it's a floor towel and secondly it's on YOUR Floor.... (CLEAN your floors better. Y'all ain't right for that.

yesterday May 20.24 The gal there sent me to a room that did not exist. they said " oh yes there is NO parking"...so i came back in and asked for another room? and she sent me to an upstairs room ( which I did not want as I had a lot to carry), and she DID NOT EVEN electronically adjust the room key, SO I COULD NOT GET IN! I came back and asked her to make it work for me...she did NOT offer to come back to the room to make the key work;' so I asked for her name as i was so frustrated with her poor performance...she REFUSED TO GIVE ME HER NAME> AND SHE TOLD ME TO LEAVE!! SGTATING " WE CAN REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE!" ( I AM NOT K IDDING YOU-_ I CALLED BACK THIS MORNING, AND A GAL NAMED "VICTORIA" REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE NAME OF THAT GIRL ( EVEN THOUGH SHE "SAYS": SHE HAS WORKED THERE FOR 2 YEARS) SHE RERFUSED TO GIVE ME THE MANAGER"S PHONE NUMBER >

The room was clean service was good and staff pleasant. And Yasmine P. At the front desk was helpful and pleasant.

Courtney the front desk lady was very nice and helpful im greatful for her service as well as the housekeeping and other front desk lady

Location is by the freeway with like 70 plus homeless camps tents and trash all over the place one entrance so you can't avoid the homeless begging for money when your driving by we unloaded everything in my car because it's so sketchy in this area.front desk employees were kind but the $200 deposit for this dump was to high for what? The room was clean but very very small plus ppl pounding from upstairs kept waking us up all night so not much sleep- The area is so sketchy plus the sketchy ppl roaming the parking lot all night long its definitely not a safe place to stay especially with children room was clean tho.
