This motel is the standard that all motel 6's should strive for. Customer service is exceptional. Rooms maintained everyday. Personnel are friendly, helpful and professional. Customer service matters to them. I stay at motel 6 often and this location is by far the best one. I look forward to coming back here every time I return. I am writing to share my disappointing and concerning experiences at Motel 6, specifically regarding the management and workplace environment. As a black employee, I was shocked when the Manager Horace, who is also black, began to discuss his past experiences with previous black employees , implying that they were somehow inferior or unprofessional. This comment not only made me feel uncomfortable but also created a sense of unease and tension in the workplace. To make matters worse, the owner took advantage of my free time by calling me in to work unscheduled, despite my availability being clearly noted on my schedule. This not only disrupted my personal life but also created a sense of mistrust and disrespect. Furthermore, I was appalled to discover that an employee, who also serves as the front desk representative, had stolen money from the cashier and left drugs in the bathroom. When I reported this incident to management, I was shocked and dismayed to be terminated shortly after. This experience has left me feeling disheartened and concerned about the lack of accountability and respect for employees at Motel 6. As a professional, I expect a workplace that is free from discrimination, harassment, and unethical behavior. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen short of these expectations. I hope that Motel 6 will take these concerns seriously and take steps to address the issues mentioned above. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss these matters further with the management team and explore ways to improve the workplace environment. I would recommend that Motel 6 takes steps to improve its management practices, ensures a fair and respectful work environment, and holds employees accountable for their actions.

I was lucky enough to find this gem of a motel (actually I think of this place more like a 4-star hotel) while traveling for work. Horace, the general manager is delightful and dedicated to professionalism and customer service. All of the other staff are super friendly and courteous. Horace is the type of person you would see running a Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons. The full suites here are amazing and I highly recommend spending the extra money. The suites have a sink along with cups, utensils, plates and a toaster that makes perfect bagels. (A coffee pot is in the room but they seem to always have fresh coffee available at the front desk.) Both the microwave and refrigerator are good-sized, new and super clean. The beds were comfortable with quality linens and I loved the big screen television. Also the bathroom was well appointed and all the towels were new and extra soft.The rooms have a modern feel and are nicely decorated with wood and aluminum accents. I love that there are lots of outlets and usb ports. Perhaps most important this is one of the only motels I have stayed at that has a peaceful and serene environment with waterfalls and beautiful palm trees surrounding the pool. An extra plus is that a Grocery Outlet store is a 2 minute walk away and Safeway, In-N-Out and other restaurants are less than a 5 minute Uber ride away. You will be happy that you chose this property for your stay.

One of the nicest motels I’ve stayed at. Very clean, and modern. Pool was also very clean.

Rooms have just been renovated and are much better than what you can expect from Motel 6, or from any hotel at this price. Manager is in addition particularly kind and helpful.

Great Value! Very clean room Super helpful manager and front office Crew. Everyone was really nice. A supermarket and laundromat are within 100 hundred yards. Also a Liquor store and pizza shop 7/11 and fast food across the street. My week at this Motel 6 was hard to beat. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Positive: It was very clean and well-updated for a Motel6. It was in a very high crime area though and they closed the gates and gave us good advice to keep from getting our vehicles broken into or intruders. It served our purpose very well! Outstanding motel !! The staff and specifically Haurice, Esther, Arianna and Perlita went out of their way to take care of all our needs. The area around there is a bit sketchy but the staff go the extra mile to keep the motel grounds safe and not allowing people to loiter. The service itself was always great and housekeeping staff was great too. The rooms are remodeled but the staff ensures they stay in good shape unlike other Motel 6 locations that fall into despair. Whenever I am in the area again in the future, I will definitely book my stay there.
