Motel 6 Ukiah, CA - North - Featured Reviews (888)
Always clean when we need to switch a room. Is polite and gives us towels and sheets when requested. Front desk people are nice. Right next to wingstop and in n out and dollar tree and more stores. I like the pillows. They’re not so thick that your neck is breaking. Just enough fluff. Allows my dog and cat for free. Sometimes I’m scared of the weirdos outside but they usually don’t bother you
The rooms are big, but a little funky. They do not supply shampoos or a hair dryer- only a bar of soap. The towels are rough and the pool needs more chemicals and a vacuum, but what do you expect? It's a motel 6, not the ritz-carlton.
Broken outlets, room smells of old cigarette smoke and BO, cigarette burns in drapes dead cockroach under bath mat in the morning, credit card machine not functioning, no plug in sink, bathroom door couldn’t close, ac/heater falling off wall (hazard) and smells bad if run, no shampoo
Was too worried about getting a refund if I lady after machine fiasco( ran 2 cards multiple times machine was then unplugged and plugged back in) headboard was a mess. $100
For a squat.
Run down Motel with dirty, very poorly maintained rooms.. Tweakers hanging around all over... The power also went out during our stay. Will most definitely NOT be going back.
The only good thing about this motel was how fast the front office staff gave me a full refund. This location looks like it’s about to fall apart, potentially while you’re sleeping. The room smelled, there were stains on both beds, it was so bad we walked right back out and, got our money back and left. I would never return to this location.
I wouldn’t Recommend this hotel to anyone. I ordered and paid for a deluxe room they gave a regular room and called my husband “a broke a** b****” when he asked for a deluxe that we paid for. The tv didn’t work and the front desk lady wouldn’t even change us to a different room. The room was dirty, the sheets were dirty from previous use. The front desk lady was rude and wanted us to pay even more money to get the room we paid for already. I’m pretty sure she was planning on pocketing it.
The room was large and had tile flooring. The young woman at the desk was helpful and pleasant. I like that my dog can stay for free which is a big plus for me. The parking lot was nearly empty so it was pretty quiet. However this is a motel that needs some work and more attention by the housekeepers for maintenance. A light was either not working or burned out, the bathroom door did not close all the way, shower curtain was moldy and had a large black splotch on it which I'm hoping was mold and not something else, ants on the fridge, the heat/ac unit was noisy and leaked water onto the floor, it had 2 beds and a small table but only one chair, the TV had several channels but could not list what shows were on a channel just "information not available" so you have to scroll to each channel, click to "open" and if it's not something you want to watch you have to back out and go to the next one and try again, beds were not that comfortable, pillows were quite thin, the table between the 2 beds was missing part of a leg at the front corner and tilted about 2+ inches if anything was put on that side (like my open water bottle). There is no continental breakfast which I expected and there is no blow dryer which I didn't find out about till I checked in. If you stay there and its raining you'll want to put a towel on the floor to try to and keep the water to a minimum as you go in & out. The tile floor becomes slippery with all the water tracked in. Every time you go in or out If you don't lock the door with the dead bolt it will beep repeatedly until you do. While this is not the worst Motel 6 I've stayed in it seems to be the standard rather than the exception. I have stayed in some pretty decent Motel 6s, this was not one of them.
Room was very small but clean the only problem was there was only tepid water. So if you like uncomfortably cool showers it is the place to go.
I've been using Ukiah Wireless for more than 10 years now, and I couldn't be happier with the service. My interconnect connection is excellent, even though I'm in a remote area that's difficult to reach. Customer service is outstanding. Problems are
From Sacramento, CA just drive up here in ukiah town. I tell you this. Great small town and very respectful community. Holey bagels are delicious. Small market. Chinese food. Boba waffles and if you and families are staying in town or swinging by. De
I had the pleasure of dining at Taco House, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. The tacos were hands down the best I've ever had, and the warmth and friendliness of the owner added a delightful touch to the visit. If I were a local, I
Biggest redwoods of Mendocino County! It's off the beaten path, we drove around 50 minutes in from Mendocino city. The large redwood grove is a short quarter mile up a hill, but once you hit the valley it's absolutely gorgeous! There's a loop around

From the first visit to Yokayo Ranch, we knew that this was a special place. Rachel, the owner of Yokayo Ranch, was so warm and down-to-earth, and helped us visualize how each space throughout the ranch could be set up for our wedding weekend. Throug
