Very friendly front desk staff , they are always very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are extremely nice they are kind of like mini studios. This is the only motel 6 I will stay at as I feel very safe and comfortable. Will definitely only chose this hotel every time I need to stay at a hotel

Very nice front desk staff, clean rooms, and updated rooms. Update: I really like the guy at front desk. He’s easy talk to, doesn’t judge me or my girlfriend, and goes out of his way to help you when you ask him. The rooms are nice and the room 125 is the best room so far. I will still come here when I want a short get away but not far from home either.

Awful. SO MANY cockroaches in the room on the floor and walls. Used bar of soap in shower from prior guest. Wet hair ties from prior guest on shower water handle. This was not a pet friendly place. There are large spaces on both sides of the platform base that our cat went into and we couldn't get him out of the platform for hours. Loud partiers right outside our room from 11pm till 2am. The front desk lady was kind but... horrible, horrible place.

I stay at M6s routinely because usually I'm just passing thru, and I travel with a dog. The low prices are a bonus. This one was no bargain, but it was way above average. And, in the right place for a family event. All in all, it was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend it to others. Also, old own Tustin is beautiful!

The room was unacceptably dirty. It looked like someone had been living there for months and never cleaned anything. There were gross stains on the bed and furniture, looked like some weird squished bugs and food spills. Pretty disgusting. The a/c didn’t work. The hot water took forever to heat up. Bed spread had holes in it and the room smelled like cigarette smoke despite being a ‘non smoking’ room. For sure over priced for this level of filth. The front desk guy was really nice upon check out… it is also really close to nice coffee shops and restaurants so that was positive.

Very charming location. I planned for just a 1 night emergency stay, but changed that to 5 days. I have had a great time and enjoyed my time here. Not many places offer a pet friendly hotel without charging a arm and leg for deposit. Cozy and comfortable accommodations. Individuals who stay here are very friendly and help one another. Thanks for making my trip easy and for the great price. I'll definitely use this location for my next trips to stay at again.

I recently stayed at a Motel 6 that left a lasting impression. The recent remodel was apparent from the moment I stepped in—modern and inviting. The cleanliness was exceptional, making it the best Motel 6 experience I've ever had. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, creating a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The revamped ambiance and pristine condition make it a standout choice for those seeking a budget-friendly yet top-notch accommodation. Highly recommend! Plus the manager Krish is the best!

This is my second time staying at this Motel 6. The owners do a wonderful job maintaining the property, they are very kind and accommodating as well. There are NO bugs!!! The housekeeping also does a great job of cleaning the rooms and the linens/towels as well. This Motel 6 has made such a huge change(a positive one) since the last time I stayed here over a year ago. I also like that there are lots of stores nearby within walking distance too. Its safe to walk my dog around here as well. The only thing that I found inconvenient was that there isn't a plot of grass for dogs and there wasn't much grass anywhere for me to take my dog.
