Motel 6 Tuscaloosa, AL – University - Motel in Tuscaloosa - 3600 McFarland Blvd E, USA

We have been on the road for 4 weeks staying at many Motel 6's. This location was by far the best. A small deposit is charged and later removed for any damage to the room. It appears the have better sheets, mattresses and room decor because of it. They also had an iron, ironing board and blow dryer in the room. That's unheard of for Motel 6. Highly recommended.

This is absolutely the cutest place to stay in Tuscaloosa Alabama. The rooms are colorful bright and cheery. I love how they have instyle colors and decor. I absolutely will stay here again on my next visit. The front desk clerks make you feel like an old friend and always super helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms on top of being adorable and very clean and left me super impressed.

Rooms are clean, cute and have everything you need including a fridge and microwave. Tonya was an absolute angel in helping our party get some check in issues resolved. Very close to UA!

As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. The rooms were better quality than a lot of Hilton and Marriott rooms I have been to. I loved having the convenience of being in the city near downtown and UA without having to pay the downtown prices. Free WiFi was awesome and near Waffle House and yum Dunkin Donuts next door as well. Staff were super friendly and I loved the room color scheme as well. Everything looks brand new here. I will definitely be back here!

Roach infested and unsafe environment. Customer rolled up at midnight playing booming music til 1am!! Desk clerk said there’s nothing she can do because she didn’t feel safe to ask them to turn down the volume a d for ME to call the cops .. checking out at 1am bc we couldn’t sleep, turned on lights 2 roaches crawling around. Health dept needs to be called!!

I was looking for somewhere to stay last minute and everywhere was booked so I tried my luck and went to the motel 6. They had just a couple rooms left. So I booked a room checked in. All I can say was wow. The customer service from Jessica and Barbra was amazing. What I was expecting and what I got was extremely great. Rooms have been upgraded. Price was great for what I received. I will be rebooking at this location again. Whenever I’m in the area. Great Job!

Are you a frugal traveler? This is an excellent 1-star hotel close to the University of Alabama. Simple facilities, but the staff was friendly and the room was clean. Just what I needed for a quick trip!

Motel 6 Tuscaloosa exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, and the linens smelled fresh. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful, providing excellent local recommendations. Plus, the motel’s pet-friendly policy allowed me to bring my furry companion along. Overall, a great value for the price! thanks
