I feel like not a lot of hotels offer the peace of mind of feeling comfortable the way Motel 6 does. I mean I was here for 3 days and the customer service was pretty good I must say. Mr. D always helps me when I have a question and he's always friendly everytime we get a chance to speak and in a world with so much hate and violence, it's the small things like what he does that reminds me not everybody is the same. I will DEFINITELY be staying here again this weekend!

I stayed for one night. Dharmesh and his staff were very friendly. My first room had a leaking sink and the gentleman at the front desk kindly got me situated in a better room. I really appreciated their good service. Should I need another stay, I’d comfortably stay here. Everything was clean, orderly and functioning. I’ve stayed at their sister location previously in Northlake before too. I recommend either for a short stay. Good value, good prices.

Stayed here again and as always the customer service is just extremely good and everyone is very nice. Mr. D and the entire front desk does an amazing job every time, plus I GOT TO GET COFFEE THIS MORNING ☕

I was refused access to the room I had paid for. The person working the front desk said there were no vacancies and my confirmation number did not exist. He would not even let me in the lobby so I would have a safe place to seek alternative lodging. It was 3am, raining, and I was a woman traveling alone without a car. When I requested a refund for my pre-paid room the employee was suddenly able to locate my reservation and had a room available. The room itself was disgusting. The toilet had urine on it, the floor was dirty, the shower was filthy. The smell of the room felt like an act of violence and the A/C was impossible to adjust because the buttons had either been peeled off or possibly eaten by one of the MANY roaches who inhabit this motel. Altogether this place felt unsafe and extremely depressing. The vibe is definitely "someone has killed themselves here" and frankly, if I had to spend another night in this establishment I probably would too.

Room 240 smelled like smoke soon as we walked in. There was a lot of ash on the floor by the bed, the remains of a smoked blunt, no hangers for the rusty rails for clothes, no blanket on the bed, some gum trash on the bathroom floor and the outlet was a fire hazard. We got switched to 121 which is a double because they had no singles left. It has NO outlets by neither bed and a big hole in the wall by the sink. One night only. He said never again. The Motel 6 in Downtown Atlanta is really nice, but I guess that's because it's downtown. But the simplest of cleaning and maintenance standards should be the same regardless. (The ash shown is after he moved the nightstand to cover it up because it was way more than shown... then he saw the blunt remnant.) Y'all need to fix all that.

UNSAFE. House keeping and front desk were nice .It was ok at first ,or so I thought. People hanging on the steps all night ( Especially on the steps on the opposite side of front desk)..My door was messed up...I had to keep putting the key in multiple times ,for it to open.. I didn't think much of it because there is a security latch , the dead bolt didn't work on the inside. I noticed someone went in my room when I wasn't there. Things were moved around and another time ,I was able to the push door open without the key.Creepy maintainece man ,I didn't feel safe, so I checked out. They need security or police sitting out there .

The new management is actually really cool, they don't harass you and give you time to pay your room ! Housekeeping is very respectful as well as management .. As long as you're respectful to them and their property you'll really have no issues and a comfortable stay !

Literally the manager and the front desk are rude , unapologetic and have no intentions to help or serve. There was roaches and crawling all night , the power went out twice , and also when I tried to book again they told me I could not. I asked why and they said it was for a room that I didn’t even stay in . I asked for corporate number and they told me they didn’t have corporate. Unacceptable and will tell everyone I know about the horrific experience at this motel 6.
