I booked the room from 06.21-06.23 for my two younger brothers and myself, it was $555.44 + a deposit upon check in. First of all the room said 2 double beds to sleep up to 4 and in reality it’s 2 single beds that sleep up to 2. I had 3 people on the reservation, the room had one set of towels and 2 bars of soap. I was refused more soap and towels until the last day I was given one extra towel and told it better be there when I checkout. We went to Walmart and bought soaps and towels. The room was disgusting, everything was broken, cracked or damaged completely. The A/C smelled like mildew. The outlets were burnt and most didn’t work. The stairs are wooden and loose in very very unstable condition. The WiFi was garbage and unsecured and kept cutting out. Little to no lighting in the parking with no surveillance on the vehicles. Housekeeping stared as if we didn’t pay almost 700$ to stay in a .5 star hotel for 2 nights. Our room door #204 did not lock and could be opened with ease without a key card Won’t return and won’t recommend. 4 stars for location only 3 miles from the boardwalk.

Many issues... the room we stayed in is half the size of the norm. Requested smoking room..no ashtrays available...smoke detector went off around 4am for no reason...my boyfriend had to disconnect the smoke detector from ceiling...& @9:47am management knocked on our door & very rudely yelled that the fire co. Called about smoke detector & they wanted to inspect room before granting $50 deposit back. It was ridiculous. It was horrible experience.

I am very keen on giving places good reviews where they are deserving. This place, however, does not. Do NOT book a room here. You will be unhappy and feel like you're in a halfway house or a mental asylum with the way the rooms are set up. It should be shut down and completely demolished.

We left as soon as we saw the room (I am fighting the room charge with my credit company). This is not even a 1-star establishment. From the lack of cleanliness of the entire establishment to sketchiness of the entire place. There is no way I was staying here. Unfortunately a few decent reviews here led me to give it the benefit of the doubt but DO NOT STAY HERE if you have even the slightest standards of hygiene and safety. There is nothing redeemable about this place. I’m sorry, but it’s true.

the staff person was very helpful in getting a clean and noiseless room. when we got there we were put in a room that was next to the highway and was noisy and the refrigerator was not working and the shower floor was filthy. so we requested a change and got it and we were satisfied
