I wanted to rate this higher but don’t feel like I can after the conversation I just had. We had a hand towel that got some pen ink on it. I figured I would be charged something for it. They called and said they were going to charge $25 for a hand towel. When asked where that was stated in their terms she could not tell me. I said I would agree to $15 which in itself is too much for a hand towel that for the quality they are is maybe $5 when not buying in bulk. The manager would not agree and could still not give me documentation where they said their pricing for damaged items. The other thing when talking to her I was about to ask about why they say no smoking yet the room smelled deeply of smoke and she hung up on me instead. They say no smoking but the air conditioning system and the beds smell of smoke as well. Just beware.

The entrance and parking are tight and confusing to navigate, but simple enough for a well-versed traveler. staff was professional and helpful. rooms were very clean with functioning features, but the windows made them feel less private/secure.

Amazing staff, everyone is friendly! The hotel is clean and quiet. Lanna was very helpful and professional. I am thankful for our time staying here while we wait for our new home to be done. Thank you, Team Motel. 6 SOUTH you all are awesome!

July 15th, 2024. Checked in at 7:00pm. And the lady at the counter was awesome. Real friendly and answered all my questions. I had a really bad experience last month across the street at the other motel 6. I had to call corporate on the front desk girl/man (pronoun). Because she/he was way out of order with her/his attitude. This place and room is better anyway. Some of their buildings are not in service at this time because of the A/C issue. But my room is great. A/C is working fine. This is an older motel, but my room is better than the one I had across the street at the other motel 6. Small but extra clean. Good enough for me. 5 star to the girl at the front desk.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🔥

Great stay! Modest but nice rooms with fridge and microwave. Staff is always very helpful. They go above and beyond! Wonderful location with restaurants nearby, grocery store, Whole Foods and shopping. Easy access to highway. Highly recommend!

Positive: Relatively inexpensive, and the staff seemed like they were trying. The bathroom seemed like it had been remodeled recently, though I would have liked it better with a tub. Negative: Skeezy neighborhood, building in disrepair, and overall impression that this motel has seen things it shouldn't have. This is the kind of motel that makes you wonder where you went wrong in your life.

I've stayed at this Motel 6 on multiple occasions, and it's consistently been a great experience for both short weekend trips and extended stays. The staff is fantastic – friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are clean and well-stocked with towels, soap, and all the essentials. Housekeeping and the front office are quick to replace towels and linens whenever I've requested them. On a recent trip, I encountered a situation where room rates spiked due to spring break. Luckily, Melanie at the front desk went above and beyond to find me a discounted rate. Thanks to her efforts, I ended up saving nearly 50% off the new price! Overall, I highly recommend this Motel 6. They provide clean, comfortable rooms, exceptional service, and great value, especially for budget-conscious travelers.

Omg Staff was so awesome made my stay feel much better than expected Lanna at the desk made my check in very quick and she was so nice as well as Paolis and Gabriella from Housekeeping who were the sweetest! Me and my husband were so thankful for the hospitality and will be sure to use this location again when were in town!! <3
