Motel 6 Temple, TX - Motel in Temple - 802 N General Bruce Dr, USA

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Extremely dirty, mold and blood in the shower, roaches everywhere, and dangerous power that keeps tripping. Not to mention staff walking in without knocking. Absolutely awful! DO NOT STAY HERE! If you look at their negative reviews on Google, they always reply with a generic apology and make no changes. I will never stay here again, and will also avoid all Motel 6 properties. Stay at your own risk.

Positive: Nothing, they did not have a handicap room with 2king beds that was reserved. Want my money back!! Negative: Can?t even reserve the room we made reservations for available. Husband has ALS, must have handicapped accommodations !!!!

We spent Easter weekend at this hotel, and we’re pleased. The sheets were a little stained the one of the cover. It looks like someone it’s built bleach on it. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, but all in all the room was clean and it was pleasurable. It served its purpose the day we left. We did have one thing that disturbed me and we found cockroaches not just one but a whole family and we reported them and they apologize greatly and would we stay there again yes we will. We had a nice day.

I’ve been staying here, for a few months now & didn’t expect to. If I have a problem, they handle it & I get the service that I need. MY family, has nothing bad to say about this place either. Even tho we’ll leave after a while, I’ve enjoyed MY stay here. I work late nights and MY sleep is respected here. If MY check comes late, they work with me and I always feel respected here. The staff is friendly as well and helpful.

Came in looking for a room to rest...been driving for hours...dangerously tired behind the wheel and pregnant at 6am today. Front desk guy was extremely rude wouldn't even allow me to finish my question or request before shaking his head no and saying" no,only at 3pm." I've stayed at motel 6s from here to LV and never have I had such a rude response from am agent. He had Terrible customer service!!!! Even if check in is at 3pm..if a room was available I've always been able to stay at that time of request. He was extremely rude and not ready to help and sleeping at the desk. I Do not come here!! Go elsewhere!

I really liked it here the rooms were clean and the front desk was very helpful! If you don't have a car then you can walk to the truck stop to the left or walk outback steak house to the right.

Pleasantly surprised. The staff was kind and polite, even when I locked myself out of my room at midnight. The room was clean and modern. I wasn't expecting the room to have any style for the price and appreciated the full-sized fridge. I had to request the ice bucket, but it was available. There was no coffee maker and the iron was missing but for the price I really can't complain. I didn't have a problem requesting late check-out which is always a plus. I will definitely stay here again.

Checked in around 6pm. I got a key card for the room to stay due to bad weather coming. I realized when I walked in and my nose disturbed me when I smelled something around this room. I have asthma and I will have difficulty breathing for sleep. I decided to go get Febreze spray. Prevent that smelly scent. Honestly I will not sleep on motel bedsheets. I brought my OWN bedsheets with a thick comforter on top of the motel bedsheets. Furniture needs an upgrade. I won't use the freezer because there was a lot of ice.
