Motel 6 Temecula, CA - Historic Old Town - Motel in Temecula - 41900 Moreno Rd, USA

Staff are super nice, welcoming and they tried their best to help however air con not working with a temp of 90 outside, assigned connecting room with a super noisy neighbour having party until 6am and no other room available because fully booked which i highly doubt cause when i checked online through different websites they all mentioned rooms available. At the end they refunded 15% which i had no choice but to accept it. We couldn't sleep the whole night and ruined our trip the next whole day!! The worst motel experience in my life!!

Stay somewhere else! Rooms don't even include shampoo! Room had heavy mens bathroom at a gas station cleaning solution odor. Floor sticky and damaged particle board furniture. They just use nails to repair anything. They charge $20 to check in early, even when room is ready and reduces bottleneck at check in time. No service whatsoever. Woke up in middle of night because cigarette smoke coming in really loud window air conditioner. Windows dirty and don't open. Ugh Attempted to stay somewhere else, but management refused to refund payment.

I've stayed at a LOT of Motel 6 locations - dozens of them. They're rarely ever anything to write home about. I treat them like an overpriced place to crash when traveling. That being said, this location is easily in my top three. It's just nice. It feels like they care here. Tonight in particular, I've been blessed with the sounds of moaning and cheek clapping from the room next door. Free entertainment! Here, take your five stars.

Very disappointed with our stay. Room was dirty. Our keys didn't work after returning from a long day in 110 degree weather and had to go to office to get new key which in itself wasn't a bad thing but when your 74 yrs old and need knee replacements climbing stairs in 110 weather suck. TV remote died and we were able to turn the tv off or change channels so we had to call down to the desk at 10:30 pm to get new remote. The tv would shut itself off after an hour. Housekeeping never came in our room to give clean towels or empty trash and refill coffee. The only positive thing I can say is the girls at the check in desk were very nice.

Besides the room being very clean and the property being quiet and pretty peaceful I’d have to say the service at the front desk was the best. Paloma made sure to greet everyone who walked in with a smile and a great attitude. Very professional demeanor but still had a great sense of humor and went out of her way to make us comfortable. She’s great. You’re lucky to have her.

I've stayed in lots of hotels being an otr truck driver and I have to say, I'm totally pleased with this hotel. Anna has been so nice and pleasant every morning, totally accommodating, helpful, and knows what customer service is. Everyone here does an amazing job, just my interaction has been mostly with Anna. Great, great job!! My dog loves it here too!! Great location, restaurants everywhere, stores everywhere. The rooms are clean, NOT ONE BUG IN SIGHT! That is super huge for me as a hotel I stayed in before in riverside I got bit by something that was not a pretty sight. Everything is clean here, washer and dryers work great, ice machines always working. Property kept clean...Prices totally reasonable....I stayed at Hampton before coming here and I'm actually more comfortable here. Absolute truth!

It was so hot and I was absolutely cranky until I arrived at Motel 6 in Temecula. I am so thankful to Betsy for her polite and professional attitude. She made me feel so welcome and had my room ready for me in the blink of an eye. Thank You Betsy for just being kind.
