Disgusting place roaches in my room everywhere especially at night climbing on walls and on me in my bed there was a lot of noise outside in the middle of the night people yelling also people smoking pot outside dog shirt everywhere manager was rude I forgot her name my room was nasty found old moldy food under bed ac hardly worked I will never stay there again and waste my money

This is the most horrible lodge I ever stayed. The lady in charge tried to convince me for a single room when actually I booked one with two beds. Finally she found one after watching through every window if they were already occupied. Both room were clearly out of maintenance (no towels, broken cabinets, bad smelling, key card out of service). Due the key card system was out of work, every time I wanted to go back to my room I had to ask her to open the door. Noisy place after midnight due people coming from street were doing dark businesses on the hallways. (By the way, I'm still waiting for my security deposit refund)

I would give negative stars if I could. The absolute worst experience I've ever had and I never made it past the front desk! Reserved the room 2 days prior to needing it. When I arrived, I was greeted with an attitude and told that my reservation had been canceled due to plumbing issues and there were NO rooms available, although people could clearly be seen going in an out of the rooms.. they then pointed at the door and said "read the sign" and said I needed to contact my booking services because the room should never have been reserved. Unprofessional and rude..I should been notified sooner than after the check-in time, that my room wasn't available anymore! Horrible service!

My girlfriend and I had driven from Wisconsin to Florida to board a cruise which ended up being canceled, so needed a place to crash as it was 10pm at night. We found this motel 6 as it was cheap and available and we really just needed a bed. |Upon arriving, the staff weren't even sure they had a clean room and one staff member was sent running to check and were told we had to wait 15mins while she did so. While we waited, we could see one staff member running in and out of rooms carrying pillow cases and throwing items out of the rooms, not a good start.|Once we had the card to the room, we were told to park the car where could see it, doesn't sound good. We made our way to the room and had a great view of the brown poop looking water that filled the pool, it was closed for obvious reasons.|Right outside our room, a cockroach appeared to say hello from the room next to ours, lovely! We entered our room, which absolutely stunk of smoke, to find a sticky floor, stains on the bed, mold along the walls and no towels for us to use. You just felt dirty for being there.|It was late so we just decided to go to bed, the sheet itself wasn't bad and the bed was kinda comfortable I guess. |Won't be staying for breakfast and would not recommend at all. No idea how this stays open. Serious health issues here. Stay away.

TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS! if only the room had been clean....the bed was dirty, the bathroom even worse they were no towels, no tissues no soaps , no clean blankets. This is unacceptable for a hotel if you’re gonna have a business clean it up. The house cleaners were nowhere to be found the day we got there. They told us that they were gonna clean it up and NEVER DID. the bed was dirty there were cigarette butts on the floor. The sheets had a hole in them. It was just terrible, I asked for a change of room and they said there were no clean rooms available.

The price was ideal as I wasn't expecting much. However the room I received was horrible. The bathtub hadn't been cleaned in months. The TV didn't work. My daughter and I were placed in the backside of the hotel where alot of sketchy people were. Did not feel safe. I would not suggest anyone stay here if you are a clean person. Cringe is the best word I can find. Customer service called me after I left and accused me of having my stuff and animal in the room still. I didn't travel with an animal. And I was long gone for hours. Best western was only a few bucks more and far cleaner.

This Motel was the worst place we ever stayed. They charged a 50.00 deposit besides the room rent. The deposit was because s many people trash the rooms. It looks like the people they rent to are on drugs. There where broken windows and trash everywhere . No towels no trash basket. They had a guard there at night. The residents made noise all night long.

My room had no shower curtain, towels, wastebasket, bed linens or blanket. Puddles in the stair landings. Smell of urine. Ice machine wasn't working. Door lock to ice machine room / laundry wasn't working for guest room key cards. Hard to find the place at night; no lit sign out front. (Yes, they literally didn't leave a light on for me.) WiFi worked well. Staff was friendly. Free parking. Good location off I-10. Price was good, $62 for a night.
