DO NOT STAY HERE! I don’t normally write reviews but I want to share my experience with this place in hopes that it helps someone else out. If I could give this place 0 stars, i would. After checking in and switching rooms, we actually left this motel and stayed elsewhere First off, the rooms were not an advertised. We booked a room with 2 queen beds and upon arrival, our room had double beds not queens. The rooms looked NOTHING like in the photos. Even the photos online of the outside of the motel looked nothing like it did in person. It is falsely advertised. Our first room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke as there was a family next to us smoking right outside the rooms front doors. This place was advertised as non smoking witch was not true as there were people smoking on the balconies right outside the rooms all over the motel. Our room’s AC did not work so we decided to request a different room in hopes that there would be working air conditioning, and no smell of cigarettes. When we were in the lobby, requesting a new room, we noticed men looking in the windows at us then we also noticed a drug deal and extremely sketchy people in the parking lot of the motel. When we were moving to our new room, I noticed curtains on the inside of other rooms with black stains on them that either look like cigarette burns or mold, it was disgusting. When I opened up the door to our new room again it smelt like cigarettes and marijuana. This time the room did not have a fridge or microwave. The beds again were only double beds when we booked a room with queen beds. The bathtub was dirty with brown gunk. And there were three men staring into our room. As three women this is extremely concerning, especially given the fact that our door to the motel room did not seal properly. At this point, the environment felt extremely unsafe. The men were staring into our room every time we opened the door we did not feel safe staying here. We talked to the front desk who was absolutely certain we were able to get our money back as we were here for a total of 45 minutes but after trying to get our money back, the only thing they are able to offer is a $25 credit which is ridiculous. As a woman I am extremely disgusted. This place does not care at all about the safety of its guests. The front desk staff fed us a lie saying we would be able to get our money back just to get us out of her hair, knowing the whole time that we would not be able to get anything back. I could drag this place through the mud all day, but I will stop here. I’ve never had such an awful experience and felt so unsafe staying at a motel before. I consider myself to be easy to please but honestly don’t waste your time and money here spend the extra money and stay somewhere safer and clean. this place has absolutely no standards and the staff know it and they don’t care.

This motel would be decent and good for people on a budget but there are a lot of “extended stay” guest there. The rooms smell like there may have been drugs done in them and there are smells of drug use going on in the rooms during our stay. The staff were helpful and cordial for the most part but we had stayed an extra night at the beginning of our stay and had to check out and check in again on night two which was fine. The lady who checked us back in for night two has no customer service skills and freaked out when we questioned her why we had to provide ID again when they had already taken our ID the night before. The pool and hot tub are super dirty.

My experience was wonderful. I had the pleasure of meeting the gentleman who assisted me last night and I was grateful for how he went above and beyond. It’s been a rough couple of weeks and he made it easier for me. The company is blessed to have him. I will be using this hotel solely for his customer service in the future.

This place was laughably horrendous, would give 0 stars if I could. First off, I want to preface that I have stayed in different Motel 6’s before and had a perfectly fine experience. I know I am not booking a 5 star hotel. I booked on Expedia and the rooms that were advertised on the site looked nothing like the rooms we were in. Upon arrival, our NON SMOKING ROOM (as advertised on the internet) smelled horribly of cigarettes and other chemical-like drugs. The AC that was advertised was broken, and the seal on the door was broken, so the door to the room did not even close properly. There was also a group of people sitting outside our room smoking. We didn’t let that turn us away and we requested a new room and the staff at the front was actually very accommodating. Upon arrival into our now 2nd room at this property, it smelled strongly of marijuana. Again, like someone was smoking in the non-smoking room. This one also looked and smelled like it hadn’t even been cleaned from the previous guests. Black substance all over the curtains, dirty toilet and shower, AC not completely broken but still not functioning properly, and fridge and microwave (which was again, advertised as part of the room online) was missing. As we were sitting in our room, we noticed a group of very strange men staring into our room window. These same men were facilitating reckless behaviour in the parking lot and what looked like a very obvious drug deal. Again, our door also did not fully seal. At this point (as 3 women), we started to feel extremely uncomfortable and decided it was in our best interest to leave and stay somewhere else last minute. I’ve never had an experience like this, I’ve stayed in many hotels/motels but I’ve never felt uncomfortable and scared to the point where I felt like I couldn’t stay the night somewhere. The woman at the front was very kind about it and assured us that if we just reach out to Expedia , the motel would issue us a refund. Now that I’ve gone back and forth with Expedia, they have told me the motel is refusing a refund. In retrospect, I am now wondering if she told us that to get us off her back. I don’t think the hotel ever intended on giving us a refund despite telling us they would. I understand policies and what I am agreeing to when I book a stay, especially through a third party. HOWEVER- I am also booking my stay under the assumption that I am at the very least going to feel SAFE. Cleanliness (or lack there of) is one thing that I can get over, but personal safety as a woman is not. This has shown me that motel 6 has no standards for their customers and no integrity. They should really be holding themselves to a higher standard. Or any standards really. Even when I said people were smoking in the “non smoking” area, the staff did not seem to care. I feel bad because the front desk staff was actually very kind about the matter, but it doesn’t excuse the poor conditions and being told they could issue me a refund if I contact Expedia, only to turn around and deny me not even 24hrs later. I will admit, I did not read reviews on this specific motel 6 until after the fact, because again, I have stayed with them before and had a perfectly fine experience. But after we left the property I pulled up reviews and was HORRIFIED at what other people experienced. Don’t stay here. Run far away. Pay the extra money for somewhere better who cares about their guests and has at least SOME standards! And please don’t make the same mistake I did and read reviews before booking. Good luck out there people!!!

The service was atrocious. With this chain I have a low bar/ high tolerance but it was unbelievably bad. I requested room cleaning for 5 days in a row and not once was my room cleaned. Each day I was told it would be clean and I came home to an unpleasant surprise (no cleaning). I also requested a tv repair and was told a maintenance person would come but he/she never came and when I followed up I was simply told he was busy. Even then no one ever came.

Front desk was kind and helpful to get my room situated. The rooms are reasonably priced for extended stays,so that's a plus. Only issue right now is parking due to the renovations being done at the hotel.

Positive: Everything has been amazing. Negative: There is one female that works the evening shift that I don't care for she has a bad attitude and she is rude. Girl if you don't love what you do go did something else, don't stay and make everyone else suffer.

The room itself was a smoking room, which I was prepared to endure the smell of cigarettes and marajuana; however the room smelled EXTREMELY of a medicine/chemical odor that does NOT come from normal cleaning products. I did not want any second hand hard drug exposure to myself or my roommate. In addition to this, there were USED washcloths hanging on the shower curtain rod in the bathroom. I know they were used because I TOUCHED IT and it was WET. I’m sorry to use the full caps but it was so extremely disgusting to have experienced. We did not stay either of the two nights booked and left immediately. If they didn’t take the towels, what else was not cleaned thoroughly? In addition, drug possession in WA state is a misdemeanor, and whoever had stayed in that room should have been reported to the police. Not just because of my safety, but everyone else within that hotel, including cleaning staff. Anyone could have been exposed or harmed by the person intoxicated. I would like a full refund. We did not stay either night (if you look at the check-in and check-out times, we “stayed” for maybe 2 hours. Of which we spent at a nearby restaurant and looking for a different place to stay), did not make a mess, and the room itself was a health hazard. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Motel 6. The front desk staff were nice, and I appreciate that, but it doesn’t make the state of the room itself any better.
