Motel 6 Stockton, CA - East - Motel in Stockton - 2533 Piccoli Rd, USA

We arrived at this place at midnight because my husband and I were traveling. So I choose motel 6 thinking . Whatever at least is a clean safe place. Well, is not. We never been in a place like this before and my husband and I travel a lot. With a decent budget. I leave here the photos to prove it. In the morning when I went to take a shower I discovered hair in the wall of the shower. And the towels given had brown stains . ( again , never in my life ! )

I'm re righting this review because the Hotel answer me back " we are so sorry you didn't like our room , bla, bla, bla, " well, the filth in that room was " astonishing " ( there were hairs in the shower wall!!! - black longe hairs and I'm a blonde ) anyways. They are apologizing here in public but the next morning when he were leaving . ( we arrived midnight we left before 10 am . We were traveling ) we complain to the manager about the filth ( I upload photos of it ) and he ignore us. So I got upset, then a big guy showed up , pretending he was in charge. And insisted in " the roomr are clean " so I asked to walk with me to the room. Again Mt husband hasn't have hair and I'm blonde. And he refused and kinda threatened me telling me " the woman who cleans is my wife " ( and he looks shady as hell) . They didn't apologize to us in any way. When my husband said we called to management thus shady guy told us the Hotel doesn't belonge to the Chain. Is not part of the chain. ( like they can use the name of the chain anyways ) . So do not belive this apology. They are not.

Stayed a week and it was great the room was big bed was comfy wifi works great front desk staff was great room was clean no bugs and so peaceful,good food in walking distance, housekeeper was very helpful maintenance man was super nice and helpful I will always stay here

This is one nasty place, don't believe the pictures. Me and my sister got a room, I went to the store while she got the room, I came back went into the room and told her he'll no, it was nasty, smelled like smoke, everything was dirty, the beds look like ull get bed bugs, old TV just nasty. They tried not to give a refund after 15 to 20 minutes but only gave a portion back. I will recommend anyone to not stay here unless your nasty or homeless sad to say.

The room i ask for was a non smoke room. They gave me a room that said no smoke but i could smell the smoke and had "german roaches" and i was disgusted by it. Ask for a refund and they only gave me the "$20 deposit" back! I only been there for 10-15min to notice there was roaches. They wouldnt give me back my refund but i jst want to let people know that they will try to trick you into a room simply but switching a door knob that says no smoking on it AND it has roaches!

Friendly staff and great room staff is great front desk are real sweet and helpful, housekeeper and maintenance are rock stars,we stay here allot when travel it's like we are family, property is well maintained and real safe,close to shopping and food

Stayed 2 nights for business. I start at 4am so I was happy it was not a loud place. Over all it was decent. Gentleman at front desk was pleasant and professional. It was a comfortable stay and I was so happy to get fridge and micro. I did not however enjoy the old scholl very small TV. Also no ice bucket. Otherwise got my money worth and will stay again.

This place wasn't clean everything looked outdated and the furniture was disgusting the towels looked old the floors had the fake wood look no carpet I gave it too stars because it was close to freeway and food and gas stations . Most important there were no bugs. And they charged 120.00 I can't believe that motel 6 Corp doesn't have a standard to what their hotels have to live up to but this one doesn't.
