I Love that Motel 6 is near Highway. Because it’s easy to get around.. The Staff are Always Friendly. And. The Room has a Nicce Comforting. Feel that’s. Why I’ve been going there. 6-7 years. I don’t prefer anywhere else!!

If affordability and location matter most, then make use of this hotel. I will even say that our room was spotless...and mean it! My low rating has to do with our fellow guests. Because of the affordability, I would guess, every time we left our room, we encountered people who were manifestly under the influence. People were smaking weed in the parking lot. Our first view of the hotel included someone passed out on the ground next to the entry. Our second night, we got on an elevator in which someone had JUST urinated. None of this is the management's fault. They would have to have 2 or 3 full time security officers to keep clientele in line! However, I left thinking that I wouldn't want to use this hotel if I still had kids in tow...thus my 2 star review.

We reserved a non-smoking room and made our way to the lobby to check in. We were advised that there was only 1 smoking room available. I confirmed with him we had a non-smoking room reserved. He said yes, but it wasn't available anymore. A guest told us he went to family dollar and bought a product that took the smell away. The clerk offered no apology and couldn't have cared less. Cheap hotel, but when you reserve a room, it apparently means nothing. Went out to our car and found human feces in the parking lot. Everything about this place was gross. Stay elsewhere.

The prices are very nice and so is the service. The staff will try their best to get you the best rate possible. It’s located close to the highway off route 95 and close to the Springfield Mall and Plazas.

Positive: The morning clerk was nice enough to let me stay an extra hour. Negative: Overnight the room was horrible and hot. The elevator broke down after check in and the security was careless, the clerk overnight was unprofessional smoking in front of the building and not caring about the customer.

Alright, this motel 6 is no five star hotel but the prices are very reasonable. The staff is also friendly and if you have pets this is definitely the place.

Be aware of the false advertising on the website. I booked a room with 2 king beds but when I checked in, the room contained 2 queen beds. I called the front desk to sort out this error and was told that they only have queen beds in all double bed rooms. King beds can only be found in single bed rooms. When I explained that my reservation was for 2 king beds, as advertised on their website, the immediate response and resolution was to ask if I wanted to check out.

The place is dirty. Besides, Sandidja, the Front Manager is very rude and unprofessional. I was there for 1 night because the other hotels in the area were sold out. I told her that I cannot use the stairs because of the pain on my knees. I showed her my medical records. She checked me in. To my suprise, the next morning, the elevators were broken at the Motel. I HAD to use the stairs to go upstairs and downstairs which was very painful for my knees. When I complained about the elevators not working which was a huge problem and inconvenient to me because of pain on my knees, the Front Manager Sandidja threatened me and she called the police on me. It was a bad experience. I will Not recommend this place and I will Not go back.
