Sheets and bedding were either dirty or stained. No hair dryer. No little amenities. Smallest TV ever. Hallway carpet was filthy. Air conditioner gross and sounds like water constantly dripping, so of course window screen has a big hole in it. Foreign speaking guests very loud late at night. Won’t stay here again.

IIt’s one of the best motel 6 I’ve travelled in The desk clerk are really helpful and nice. They always greet me with a smile and are quick to assist with any requests or questions I have. The check-in process is seamless and efficient, making my arrival and departure hassle-free. Additionally, the desk clerks go above and beyond to provide recommendations for local attractions and dining options, ensuring that I have a memorable stay. Overall, the exceptional service from the desk clerks truly sets this motel apart from others I have visited. i would recommend everyone to stop by ones and meet these people and clean motel

We had stayed here years ago on a family trip to Springfield and was impressed by the quality of the motel. If all Motel 6s were as nice as this one, they could redeem their reputation! ||It was clean, no nasty smells, the room was good sized and easy to move around in. The bed was comfortable and we got a good nights sleep. ||The staff was very friendly. If we are in the area we wil stay again. We highly recommend it.

Motel was satisfactory considering the price. It was conveniently located and staff was pleasant. Room was very spartan - it did have a fridge and microwave but not much else. Mattress was a bit too bouncy for us. Overall it was fine since we had realistic expectations. Also, there was areas for our dogs to walk which was a plus.

The motel is commendable! The entire staff is diligently carrying out their duties. I comprehend all of these comments, but it is not unfavorable to stay here considering the reasonable price. I personally intend to revisit this establishment and even recommend it to others. The hallways exude a pleasant aroma, thanks to the effective use of air fresheners.

Positive: The staff was very kind and attentive. Negative: The pool was not open . The back door didn't lock so safety was an issue . I also think that the comforters were nasty . And the bathroom could be cleaner.

We’ve stayed at a lot of Motel 6 locations across the country (because we love that they are pet friendly and convenient!) and this was one of the worst experiences we’ve had. I’m not one to get spooked easily, but I felt unsafe the moment we walked in. The clientele was shady, everyone had their dead bolts propping their doors open, the entire motel smelled like smoke and urine, and it seemed there was only one young lady in charge of the whole operation. All rooms are adjoining rooms (which is not uncommon for these types of motels) and the two men in the room next to ours were being obnoxiously loud and smoking weed for hours. It seeped right through the adjoining door, and there was literally smoke in our room. The entire second floor smelled like one big dispensary. When I asked if we could move rooms, the attendant said they were fully booked and that she would say something to the room next door. Nothing was done. I don’t care what people do in their own homes, but paying customers on a non-smoking floor shouldn’t be subject to these conditions. I’d avoid this place if you want any kind of privacy or personal space.

Pros: VERY CLEAN housekeeper set an impeccable job!Bus stop right out front, gas, restaurants and Dollar General nearby. Quiet area, desk staff was attentive. Cons: Poor maintenance: pool dirty, never saw anyone in it! Elevator is broken, must take stairs. Cable TV would drop signal. This was my 2nd biggest issue… I was here for 3 days to relax and read a lot and catch up on paperwork I wanted to use the Wi-Fi in my own ROOM that I paid money for the Wi-Fi did not work in my room . I ended up burning to a lot of my own data and had to miss out on things that I normally would do in the evening so it was very distressing. I had to go out in the oftentimes HOT lobby and the hallway. There was a kid who’s been here for a week and said it had been not working the whole time shed been here she would hang out in the hallway to use the Wi-Fi so certain parts of the building it simply does not work and seems to me it’s been that way for a while. 1st biggest issue....Thankfully I was awake and of course I always double lock my door but ……….at 9:30 to the housekeeper’s trying to enter my room the day or check out check out isn’t until 11 it’s very unacceptable! Housekeepers are a husband and wife team and while cleaning they have their 2 young children present, one in a stroller and the smaller one being passed between the parents to be held. Door was not closing properly and hard to open when carrying hot coffee. Due to these issues this place would be my last option if ever back in the area.
