pros: Cheap, fine location near lots of restaurants, and was relatively quiet at night. The hot water was very hot instantly, plenty of parking. The vibe was relatively un-sketchy. cons: not clean. the floor was sticky, the bathroom walls and door had mysterious stains and marks, the linens were stained and had cigarette burn holes. The AC had visible mold inside the vent & smelled musty. The room was relatively newly remodeled, but not very well taken care of. The door didn't shut all the way so the deadbolt wouldn't engage, and the privacy lock was halfway broken off. The ground outside is absolutely littered with cigarette butts and the room smelled like stale weed. The room also had electrical problems and the lights didn't always work. Not the sketchiest motel I've stayed at, but definitely not good. There is no excuse for sticky vinyl plank flooring.

Rooms need to be upgraded and cleaned properly. Not a safe place for a single woman to stay. Sink was stained with hair dye, shower was so gross I showered with the lights off. Housekeeping never came to empty trash, or clean the room. I do not recommend to stay there ever!

🥲This place is awful. I really regret coming here. It would have been worth paying an extra $20 to stay somewhere better. The room is very dirty, with filthy walls and faucets. The pillow had strange stains on it. There’s dust everywhere. The faucets are broken, so when you take a shower, the water sprays over the curtain and onto the floor, making the water run all the way to your bed. The microwave is very dirty too. It's in a pretty dangerous area; the doors have signs telling you to lock all the locks, and the other guests seemed like dangerous people. The manager talks to you through a bulletproof window in the evening, with a sign reminding you that he can't open the safe for you.😂 Creepy... Overall, I don't recommend this place. The only slightly good thing was the free coffee, and I hope it was made in a clean pot. ☕️

Stayed for 3 weeks and I can't complain. The accommodations are simple but suite the purpose of my stay. Clean rooms and clean property. Housekeeping has been great to us during our visit. One particular housekeeper Daxa is a super sweet lady who always has a smile on her face and is very quick to be helpful. All & all I would definitely stay here again in the future.

They have a handicap parking sign, but you're only allowed to park there for 15 min to check in....so the ADA really isn't important to them! The 2 double beds BARELY fit in the room, and they really need to reinvest some of their high room fees into some, Oh, I don't know.....bleach maybe to brighten their sheets!

Can't complain, clean rooms, friendly staff housekeeper Doxa is the sweetest lady I have ever met, whenever I needed linens or toilet paper she had no problem providing me with it. And its pet friendly!!

The Place is a dump, everything was broken and dirty. I picked up a face cloth, and there was hair on it, which certainly was not mine. There was paint falling off the walls everywhere in the bathroom. They were homeless people inside and outside and what appeared to be drug deals going on in the parking lot.I wouldn’t stay there again for free.

Nice cleaned room. Newly remodeled, office and staff very helpful. Very good location. Big parking easy in and out .linen and bedding also has been updated. Highly recommend at very reasonable price.
