Motel 6 Slidell, LA - New Orleans - Motel in Slidell - 136 Taos St, USA

This motel 6 in slidell louisiana is a great place to stay. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms are really clean. The staff there is amazing. I have encountered basically all the staff members going back and forth from the front desk and they are so helpful and nice. I would honestly give this place 10 stars if I could. Also, the pool there is clean and the kids had a great time. Sadly they couldn't swim for a while because a storm rolled in but it happens. We will definitely be returning!!

Everything's good. The FD are super friendly and they been doing good to get the property at it's full potential. I will be back def. And as I said they are working hard on cleaning up property and also now the pool is open. The amenities are good too

So me and my friends decided to go and get a hotel room and swim in the swimming pool located here. Well we weren’t here for a hour. We go and swim and then go into our room. When we first walked in the room looked fine well we go to look around and I found bug(s) plural in the beds and also mold and also hair all on the pillows. The only thing I don’t have a picture of is the mold in the vents. I went the the office to talk to them about it and the dude said he would go look at it he comes back saying for me to come show him I come back to show him and he says that there are no bugs and the pillows that had the hair just randomly disappeared as he checked the room the first time while it was just him. I ask him for a refund and he says only 50% back. Why is it that I only get 50% when we weren’t even there for a hour. And the manger acted like it wasn’t a health code violation. All I’m trying to get from this is to tell yall don’t stay here.(I have a video of the bug I seen multiple in person but only took one video I can’t add it on reviews but took a screen shot of it.)

This motel is really affordable and very accommodating. The staff is super nice and understanding. There are no signs of bed bugs or any of the sort. I wish we had microwaves in the room but they have one in the office which is ok. However this is phenomenal and I'm no longer going to go to La Quinta.

Just checked out and have to say friendliest staff ever. The rooms were clean, bed comfortable and pool was beautiful. We will definitely stay on way back home. Thank you Motel 6 Slidell

Shower head leaked in the floor, and had pro been doing it for a long time because the wooden floor tile was warped. It had roaches in the restroom, bugs on the tiles and no tub just a shower. The towel rack feel off the wall.

I'm here in Slidell for work we got in tonight and it was pouring the woman at the desk Irene was wonderful she was able to fix our reservation and helped me during the check in process the room is clean and quiet I will definitely recommend this 6 to anyone we have stayed at many motel 6 in the past and this was by far the best experience ever ty again Irene!

My name is Nicole and I have been staying at motel 6 for over 10 years for work for my husband and we have been from VT mass NH Georgia and in-between and let me tell you we came to slidell for work and we're going to be most likely permanently stationed for his work here finally roots lol but anyways let me tell you I usually do an inward cringe someeetimes lol cause you never know what to expect I mean let's face it if yall are here looking at reviews cause yall have probably seen some crazy stuff also at a 6 but I'm as brutally honest person but I can't tell you this motel 6 is the best we have ever been at....
