Motel 6 Shreveport, LA - Motel in Shreveport - 6715 Rasberry Ln, USA

Absolutely DO NOT STAY. The entire building smells of cigarettes, including your room. The sheets are stained. The comforter is stained and holey. The floor is sticky and unclean. The bathroom has water damage. The fridge was frozen and leaking. Every single pillow was stained. As I was leaving, I saw multiple small bugs in the bathroom. Elevator button does not light up so you think it’s broken. Customer service/ friendliness was abysmal. I unfortunately arrived too late into the evening to be able to find a different hotel- would NEVER recommend this place.

The hotel grounds are clean and well kept. BUT once inside - as soon as you step inside, you know you made a mistake. It smells like old cigarettes, weed, and dirt. The double room we stayed in was just dirty. The toilet did not flush. Water knob in shower is broken. Dirty sheets, dirty smell. The cigarette and weed smell made sleep difficult. The second room tub would not drain, sink barely hanging on. Staff was aware of these problems already🙃. The hallway carpet is dirty and beyond cleaning. Location was good and we did not feel unsafe. Staff was friendly. Doing the best they can.

I understand they were doing renovations but when the hotel is not full they put us right next to the renovations and at 8am you could here them hammering, drilling and sawing. Not the wake up I wanted. Then when we went to take a shower only 1 towel in room so went to get another and the lady at the desk says we don't have any to give you. We ended up going to store and bought our own. Then the hard woods floors in room were so dirty that my daughters feet were black after walking around in 1 night. Mirror was not hanging on wall just leaned up again wall. Pool was out of service. No snack bar like it stated on the site and no microwave in room. We ended up going to a different hotel.

Staff was super friendly, but our room was kinda gross. Bathroom smelled like mildew, toilet paper was moist, and there was mold on the walls above the shower. Our sheets were definitely not washed very well, nor was the floor cleaned at all. We even saw a baby roach at one point 🤢. I have stayed at a lot of Motel 6s and have always had a good experience. This one definitely disappointed.

This was the most disgusting Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed at in my life. The entire place smells like piss and weed. The room was like a horror movie. The fire alarm was stripped off the walls and sitting in the nightstand while the wires hung out of the wall. The floor hadn’t been swept. The bathroom wall had women’s foundation plastered across it. The shower didn’t have a handle so you had to use a wrench to turn it from on to off. The toilet would not flush fully. The bed sheets had not been changed. The refrigerator was louder than the A/C unit and your key card would deactivate if you used the stairwell entrances from the outside. DO NOT STAY HERE.

SEE PICS. The front is currently undergoing renovation. The room was horrendous. The floors in the room were extremely slippery. I was told that it was like that in every room because of some wax put on the floor. Very dangerous fornl kids and elderly. Linen was stained as pictured. Comforter was ripped. Towels were dingy. Microwave dirty and missing plate. Which made it not work properly. Bathroom door broken. Hair was in the sink. And shower heavily stained along with shower curtain. Idk if I can even shower here. 2 stars because it was quiet and customer service was good. They should also put something under the door because there is a huge gap underneath which lacks privacy. That was weird. And ice machine in left in the middle of hallway which was hazardous.

Was a cheap and quiet place to rest our heads for the night. The whole place smelled like cigarettes and weed, including our nonsmoking room. The room itself was dirty with stains and mold in the toilet and shower, as well as stains and holes in the sheets. Would not recommend if you can help it.

At first glance it seemed nice. Then I realized there were no towels in my room. When I went to the desk to ask for them I was treated very rudely. In the morning it was impossible to regulate the shower temperature. It was either freezing or scalding. The drain in the tub wouldn't stay open and there was no hot water in the sink to shave with. Very disappointed
