Even at $10 per night this would be a bad deal. First issue was fresh blood on the pillow. We were able to get a replacement. sheets had numerous black hairs on them. When we asked for another pillow for a restless leg condition, we were told they don't have any extras. They do not provide shampoo. Floor had food and filth and had clearly not been swept or mopped for quite some time. On this two night stay we were told they will not clean the room till our stay was complete. That clearly didn't happen after the last paying guest! if we wanted new towels for the second night we would have to locate a house keeper on our own and request clean towels. This is the most bizarre hotel stay I have ever experienced. The front desk people seemed to be pleasant but this doesn't make up for the horrible sanitation and amenities.

Reception was great , very helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Only issue was could barely get Luke warm water in shower. Set knob on hot side of shower and it would never get past barely warm. Kept adjusting but never got better

You pay for what you get. The rooms smelt fine but didn't have a fridge, microwave, and our beds were twin sized. The service wasn't the best. There weren't many parking spots and it was confusing figuring out what door to enter. Our keys wouldn't open most of the doors going outside and the building and area surrounding it was sketchy and smelt bad. We also didn't have enough towels. It is located in a great spot near the airport though and is very affordable, especially for a big city.

4 stars because it was a very cheap price and the rooms were clean and it was close to the airport and they have a shuttle to the airport, bit they lost a star bc shuttle does not run very early in the morning so we still had to pay for taxi and not a lot of utilities in the room, only a small fridge, but no hair dryer or kettle. Also atm machine at the lobby was empty. But the staff was great overall

The lady who checked us in was really nice. Could use better/more pillows, a microwave or a coffee pot for the rooms. Overall it was a decent place to stay for a couple nights. Would probably stay there again next time I visit the city.

The Good: Staff was extremely friendly and I got the impression they genuinely wanted guests to have a good experience. It was also conveniently located to the airport which was nice after a long flight. The Bad: The room was... not great. Finding the room was a bit of a challenge as there are no signs either inside or out to indicate which of the multiple doors lead to which rooms. When we entered there was a strong smell of stale cigarette smoke in the hallway. Luckily the smell wasn't as bad in the room. Initially it looked clean, but then we discovered a dirty towel left hanging in the bathroom and leftover food still in the fridge. Additionally the bed was awful! The mattress was sagging on one side and very uncomfortable, and the pillows were terrible. There were only two (for two people), one was just very flat, the other was small and lumpy and barely useable. I went to the front desk to ask for extra pillows and was told they didn't have any. Or any extra blankets. I finally ended up getting a few extra towels that were able to stuff into the pillow cases in order to sleep, but overall not a good night's sleep at all. Again, staff was very nice, but there are some serious improvements that need to be made before I could recommend this to anyone.

From the moment I walked in and I was greeted by the front of the house manager her name is Ava. She was friendly warm super for helpful Even my dog was welcomed. Designated areas to walk him (so he could do his thing if you know what I mean). I guess they had just renovated the room I was in, it was ready and set for extended stay with the kitchenette. It was so cute so clean I was first one use the fridge, the coffee maker, and the toaster. this is definitely the best experience I’ve ever had on Motel 6 thanks Ava and team you guys are doing it right.

We were upgraded to a studio with a kitchenette for free by our lovely receptionist. The location was quiet and we did not feel unsafe by any means. Everyone was kind and welcoming and the room was in good condition despite a few odds and ends .. A few forks weren’t clean to its fullest but that was easily resolved. Sink was clogged and the shower seemed to have some dents and chips from a previous stay but nonetheless, a great place to stay if you’re looking for something on the cheaper end near the city.
