I love this location , room was clean and nice ! Great Staff in the front office ! Gotta pay 10$ for parking a day is a bummer , but the stay was worth it . *HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SCOTTSDALE LOCATION* THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE WARM EMBRACE !

We unexpectedly needed a room in the middle of the night due to an emergency and no other hotels in the area were accepting check-ins. The staff here was helpful. I had paid for a room through Sunday-Monday morning but we ended up leaving early Sunday afternoon. The room was slightly uncomfortable and the smell was hard to tolerate but it beat sleeping in my car with small children.

Just checked in, the woman working the front desk was completely rude from the moment I walked in. I tried asking how her day was and she rolled her eyes and said "that's completely irrelevant" she then asked about the second person on my reservation and when I was trying to answer her she kept interrupting me by telling me I can't have guests, even after I told her that wasn't my plan she then told me 2 more times. The room is clean, beds made nice. But as I was walking up to my room I heard a dog barking in the room right next to mine. I'm not sure why she would give me a room that is part of the pet friendly section but I don't want to listen to a dog barking constantly.

Over a month stay at the Scottsdale/ Fashion Square, has been a pleasant stay. They have met all my accommodations. The whole staff is helpful. The lady I see in the morning is friendly and pleasant. After my lengthy stay is up and if ever need, in future, I will consider this location. I feel safe there too.

The front desk employee named Sharma is always extremely pleasant and helpful , and very patient and kind she makes my stay here even more enjoyable !!! The rooms are clean, nice area ! Mall super close by ! Nice pool and jacuzzi

Great service and a really nice location... Rooms are modern and clean - but feel a bit cramped. Still, the price, no deposit and pet-friendly policies make for a pleasant stay.

The customer service was absolutely amazing. The workers at this location were wisely chosen. Unfortunately Im unable to recall their names with the exception of Sharma. Sharma is absolutely amazing and a strong examplification of professionalism and customer service. Everyone is capable at this location yet Sharma has proven to be a functional, communicative, genuine professional, true examplification of customer service; a big smile. Check for the name Sharma; her extensive efforts requires a major pay boost. Moreover the room I stayed in was very clean due to the house keepers. Basically most Motel 6 smell like horse sex yet not this location. Thank thank thank.
