Motel 6 Santa Rosa, CA - North - Motel in Santa Rosa - 3145 Cleveland Ave, USA

Cost was too much for a room on weekdays, and had a small frug but no microwave. AT least there were no bugs, and was quiet. If the price was better during the week we would visit again.

Terrible experience all together. The price they advertise on Google differed by about $28 from what I paid. Had I not been so tired from a late flight in I would not have stayed here after seeing the room. I get it, it's a motel 6, but they have no business charging about $100 for the room I stayed in. They seem to do the absolute bare minimum when it comes to maintaining the rooms. The fact that I felt the need to photograph everything before hand to avoid being charged for any of this should be a tell tale sign. Not sure the room was even cleaned prior to my arrival. Entered the room and was greeted by not 1, but 2 spiderwebs in the room, along with a spider on the wall. The pillow cases and towels had visible stains left in them. I didn't even feel comfortable sleeping IN the bed I slept ON the bed, fully clothed. The vents had dust all over and around them, didn't even want to turn on the heater. The bathroom door had who knows what on it, some type of brown residue, they couldn'tbe bothered to wipe the door down. They advertise a flat screen TV in the room with "expanded cable" the TV turned on, but had no signal on any source setting and the picture would randomly screen tear anyways. Do not recommend.

Kiomara was AWFUL and rude to me. Jasmine gave me a room with toe nails on the floor and video taped me while she was supposedly recording the room. The AC did not work at all during MAY and they charged me the max that they could. The maid said she has no towels and started pushing the cart away from me and I had to follow her and ask again. They also tried to make it look like I was staying in Livermore on the receipt which made no sense. The Santa Rosa address wasn't listed (only a Livermore address was listed.) I feel completely harassed like they are working with someone to attempt to degrade me. Multiple employees, no reprieve. Awful experience!

Spent $100 for one night.. there was a smell of fecal matter and or death coming from the right side of the sink by restroom as well as one side of the bed. It would randomly smell and when I say this was foul, it smelt worse than road kill. Random stray dog ended up barking at our room which woke us up multiple times. No microwave or fridge. Flooring in restroom partially coming up. All night being woken up by cars speeding by, sirens, other guests slamming things running up and down stairs. 0/10 would not recommend staying here, better off saving your money for a better place.. not worth it.

I stay a lot of Motel 6’s, this is the worst. The only place as bad is the other Motel 6 right down the street. Gross. Disgusting. Not safe. Bed bugs, trash, hair, holes in sheets. Stunk if cigarettes. Gang members and drug dealers lurking in the parking lot. Super loud, door didn’t close all the way, lights didn’t work. Left after 15min. Front desk showed me two other rooms that were just as bad and then refused to give me a refund but my credit card approved the chargeback. The 5 star reviews here are totally bogus. This place should be shut down.

My experience was great!!! The front desk ladies were all very nice and professional. The room surprised me. I got a double queen and it was very spacious and very clean! No dirtiness I could spot. Comfy beds. Big TV, nice desk for my laptop, and even a mini fridge. The lights were warm and inviting not harsh. The shower had great pressure and was hot. The sheets and towels were clean. The windows and door felt secure. What else could you ask for only $100! I’ve used this motel in the past and can confidently say it’s gotten much better over the last few months. I had a wonderful stay. Thanks to all the staff!

Absolutely disgusting, burn amd old blood everywhere, we stopped due to severe rain unable to safely drive, everywhere was booked This was a nightmare slept in clothes didn't touch anything, called desk asked for sheets and blanket , not available. Our door was previously kicked out from inside ,downstairs was meth burn down. Don't stop . Period sleep on car

Hands down the worst hotel room myself and my friend have ever stayed in! Upon pulling up to park by room we experienced some shady characters hanging out in front of our room. The upstairs walkway was literally falling apart and looked unsafe to use. The walls in the room had who knows what all over them, whatever it was it looked disgusting.......Pubes on the sheets! Must have been 30 plus burn holes on the table, toilet and sink area...The worst was probably the fact that it was 30 something degrees outside and the heater in room blew nothing but cold air......Save yourself the headache and trouble and stay far away from this drug infested run down motel 6. I know motel 6 is a budget stay and I didn't expect luxury and lots of amenities but this place isn't even worthy of the motel 6 name! Do better!
