No frills, but it’s clean. Pool is nice. Toni, the desk clerk, is very nice, polite, and helpful. I’m used to staying in hotels with more amenities, but if you bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and blow dryer, this place will do.

Rude staff, crappy rooms. They asked for both of our licenses but yes the room only had 1 towels and 1 face towel. It was also an ADA which is very poorly designed. When I booked, it was the one single bed available and apparently was an “accessible “ room. I asked if I could change, nope. The bed was a full, not even a queen. Wasn’t very clean IMO but it did have a fridge and wasn’t too far from the freeway but was quiet enough. The fact that we paid $180 a night for this crap hotel is unbelievable.

I am taking a road trip with my dog and have been staying at Motel 6 sites because the price is good and they don't charge extra fees for dogs. I expect a no frills experience because of their rates, but I have to say that this location is the best I have seen. The location is beautiful, the room was clean and had everything I needed, and the service was great.

its no wonder they only have 2 stars 😂 the lady who owns the place is not a nice person at all and is completely racist making me show my ID even tho i lost it because “too many people hop the border”. also if you're going to have policies at your place of business make sure your EMPLOYEES who work for you at that place of business knows the policies and enforce the policies. we checked in yesterday soent the night then this morning was told we both needed to show ID even tho last night no one said anything about that. and all she had to say was “its not my problem” even though it is her problem because her employee failed to let us know about the policy. so now i have nowhere to get ready for the wedding im supposed to go to.

Positive: Good location, minus the dangerous driveway on a sharp curve, and in great condition considering the name brand. Negative: Staff called and threatened to cancel our reservation an hour before we arrived because they couldn't charge my card. Very unpleasant phone call and experience.

Staff are very rude. As a single parent with a toddler we was running 30 minutes late to check out. Could of been out sooner if the staff stopped asking if we was leaving every 5 minutes. I told then just to call the cops, help, or leave us alone. Would be a nice place if they replaced their staff with people that were raised with manners. It wasn't us, we bother no one and always leave the room cleaner then we got it. The reason we left was cause of the manager, we called yesterday to the office at 8:30am about the work happening in the room above us that started at 8 a.m. Manager called me a lier and said they don't start til 9 a.m. and they are painting, yet drills, banging, and sanding was going on. She never offer to move us rooms are any apologies at all. And today she corrected herself but wasn't raised right enough to apologize for her mistake and rudeness. We are never going to be staying here again. Bed bugs and roaches everywhere. Staff and most guess high on meth.

I was in room 140. I had been there going on my second day as I got out of the shower and walked back into the main room by the bed. My front door opened and another older man. Customer sat there, shocked as hell and slammed the door after he saw my whole body, naked the front desk called and said that they apologized that was it if you were a single woman or just don’t like to have peeping Tom’s allowed in your room I would not stay here if you have a daughter or a wife traveling alone I would not stay here Only can this happen they will not protect you when it does or do anything to make you feel better about it once your violated your violated and they don’t care disgusting Customer service the most horrible Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed at in the rooms we weren’t even that bad just completely unsafe

Motel 6 is running an illegal operation, if you are there for an extended time for your job, they make you check out before 4 weeks, but you can check back in 2 days, it's called the 28 day shuffle, it is illegal in california, punishable by a 500 fine for each incident, I myself will be contacting the california attorney general, I recommend that if it happened to you, report as well, there are also attorneys online that will take your case, and to add, the manager is extremely rude and needs to take some customer care classes, hope this saves someone some heartache
