Motel 6 San Jose, CA - Airport - Motel in San Jose - 2081 N First St, USA

Just spend the extra bit of money and stay somewhere else. The room was fine, and then staff was plenty courteous, but the number of homeless, drugged-up, derelicts that roam that place unchecked and harass you isn't worth it. If I had anybody else with me I would've checked out same day. Like I said, just spend the extra bit of money and go somewhere else.

This place shouldn't be in business. First, we arrived to find out reservation that we made 3 days in advance, was no longer in the computer. We were told we had to wait to get another room until 11:10 pm. We arrived there at 3:30 pm. When we finally got our room, there was a homeless man sleeping on the walk way blocking the entrance to our room. We went to the office and the woman working was incredibly rude and asked me if the homeless man had done anything to me. I said no. However, he's blocking our door way. She then said, "So, what's the problem then?" I just walked back to my room. The man was gone because my husband asked him to move along. When we got into our room, the room was filthy. I mean, filthy. The floors were dirty, old food left in the refrigeratorthe doors and wls were dirty, the bathroom had no toilet paper and the tub and shower was so dirty. The worst of all, under the side table next to the bed on the floor my 11 year old son, found what I researched a bit to find out was a glass pipe used to smoke crack cocaine. We couldn't believe this. I went to our car to bring what cleaning supplies we happened to have with us and I was stopped by a guy asking me if I wanted to buy some crystal meth. Going back to our room, again I was stopped by another man in his car asking me if I was working and offered me money to have sex with him. At this point I'm in tears. Because of the late hour, we stayed locked in our room until the next day. We left without hesitation. 2 days early. We didn't even ask to cancel. We just got out of that place. This was a very unsafe and dirty place. I will never be staying at this Motel 6 or any other in the future.

I never have a problem, checking in or needing a little extra time and I love how the front desk always accommodates to my needs to make it happen

Rooms were dirty, small and the ac was on my bed! Very sketchy area. Bad, choice. Don't go

Terrible, was there last year around the same time and it was fine, this time I called 4 days before we got there to let them know we wouldn't be there until midnight on friday, they said no problem we'll put a note in the computer, called on Friday to let them know we would be 45 minutes late, they couldn't find my reservation, when we got there the gentleman wasn't very nice, our reservation was there, but apparently according to my daughter motel 6 does this a lot. The floor in the room was dirty so was the bathroom floor, the tub was very slippery, the people upstairs were noisy all night, sounded like a party.

found bed bugs!! gave me a room change but was told the manager would call me and has not given any refund and no calls from anyone!!

This place is okay for what it is the price is kinda right when you need a room and Don't wanna break the bank

The manager was a rotten person , the cleaning stuff was weird first three days no one cleaned nothing then they acted surprised when we asked for room service. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
