I just want to say how helpful the staff was here. Elizabeth was very helpful when booking my stay here. Andrea, Alejandra, and Vincent were also helpful whenever I went up to the front desk for information and needed assistance. The location of the motel is good because it is close to everything from restaurants to retail stores and gas stations as well as the 57 fwy. I will be booking another stay here again in the future.

Honestly I've been in a rough situation and ever since I've came to Motel 6 San Dimas I've been welcomed and treated with respect always. The staff is amazing Erica the manager is always so welcoming and polite. Andrea has been amazing to me since day one always helping me and going out of her way to help she answers any questions and is always so welcoming feels good to know when I come pay in the morning she's there greeting all customers with a smile and great spirits. Alejandra has been such a great help and is always there if you need any help she goes out her way to see what she can do always welcoming and polite. Elizabeth has been amazing as well super helpful and is always with a smile if you need something she does her best to accommodate and help and also very polite. Melanie is usually at night and whatever you need she does her best to help over all the entire staff is amazing if I could leave a review everyday I would and I recommend it is also kid friendly and let friendly and the cleaning staff does a really good job. Also very polite and will do their best to keep the room nice and tidy. So far every room I've stayed in is amazing the bathrooms are clean. The out side of the motel is super clean and bright at night which makes you feel safe. Also they do have a laundry area with 2 washers and 2 dryers they do offer change for quarters as well. They have bending machines for drinks and snacks. And they also have a ice machine if needed. The Motel is kid friendly and pet friendly as well. Will always choose to come here over any other motel. The best and the staff makes it that much better. They do get booked would recommend to try to book in advance.

I really love this place. They're so accommodating. I had the pleasure of working with someone by the name of Elizabeth and she was able to help us in an unexpected situation. I'm so grateful for her service and the service of this hotel. Great location Good restaurants in the area and Personal bonus My gym is right across the street. It's definitely a must stay location. And additional bonus, they don't even charge a deposit. What you see is what you get and what you get is great service and a better stay. Thank you Ms. Elizabeth and the rest of the staff for making this a great experience

I had excellent care by Erica and Alejandra. They gave phenomenal customer service and any issues I had solved it within efficient matter. I come to this location often for work and I cannot give more thanks to these 2 woman for my stay. I commend Motel 6 for their staff showing they care about their customers stay.

Manager Andrea Hanson, front desk Alejandra, front desk Melina, and Ms. Melody were the best!! They treated my Son & me like family. They went out of their way to help me when we were going thru a tough time in San Dimas. But, their help & compassion were the salve on our painful weekend. They made our trip from Phoenix, AZ to Pasedena for Power Morphicon, we'll worth it! Great staff, Motel 6! The San Dimas location IS PHENOMINAL!!!

Positive: "" Negative: The room had an intense smell of urine.The walkways had dog pee in multiple places which had not been rinsed off.The stink was overwhelming inside room and outside. Two men on bikes circled us ladies in parking area. That was scary. Dirty and unsafe

Near a lot of many things and staff is nice however the rooms are tiny. We were in a non-smoking room and there appeared to be burn marks in the tub. No toiletries provided and the bed was against the wall which is super awkward. No pool on site which was a let down as well.

I tell ya what man I had a bad morning flying into Pomona because the original place I was gonna stay at bailed on me. And I’m thinking this is my first time in the LA area. But, when I got to this motel 6 I knew I was being taken care of. Alejandra was very, very helpful. You don’t meet people like her nowadays. So I just wanna say thank you very much for helping. Truly appreciate it
