If you're looking through these reviews to ensure your family or friends future stay will be nothing short of comfortable and clean with respectful staff in this motel then this is the one for you. Do not stay at this motel. Do not refer family members to stay here . Originally a room with double queen beds was booked. Upon arriving the rooms ac unit was not working and the only available room was on the first floor in room 105 which only accommodated two out of the four people in my party. The other two people in my party were forced to find another motel at 10:00 p.m. that night of original booking. This caused frustration, stress, MORE MONEY, limited resources at such short notice, and embarrassment on my end for even choosing to book with Motel 6 on Redlands Blvd in San Bernardino.This motel was riddled with roaches in every corner including crawling on the curtains in between grout and in corners of walls. Not even a good housekeeper could clean this motel. This motel needs to be torn down or fogged with pesticide. And not to mention the staff, the front desk gentleman named Juan referred us to his manager to further our complaint about our horrible room and stay, to which the manager who is extremely unprofessional who would not disclose her first name for my own reference. I urge you to not stay here.

Yeah, I came to a Motel 6 shelf and I met with junior the host of the motel and he's great. He's very courteous, very respectful. The real straight up guy and he treated me like. What's the most? So I give him my agreed. Uh, number number 1 number 1 so I just want to thank you guys for having such a good few people working for you and you have a good day.

The rooms are clean up to date televisions!!! Even though i didn't bring a pet, pets are allowed, did see some people walking there pets. They also have the best staff and I travel alot and stop by motel 6. There is also a pool but I'm not a swimmer

Nice motel, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms clean, ac works great. Elizabeth is very nice, has great customer service. Also the general manager, wasn't able to get her name,.but the whole staff is great . I will recommend this motel

I'm extending my stay again woke up late call offic for late checkout was OK for 12noon. Fernando was very cool and helpful now I decided to stay another day. Staff really makes up for the cons like old bathroom. I can honestly say my stay here been excellent no harassment from staff. Everything I needed was solved by Elizabeth and Fernando. So shout out to Fernando today I'm extending my stay.

We have stayed at MANY Motel 6 over the years of our weekend/vacation travels. This motel was the one we found local for the area we were going to be in. We were headed for Arizona and decided we were not going to be able to make it to our destination before midnight. So we pulled out the phone, looked up the closest Motel 6, called, booked a room, and arrived about 8pm. ( 111 West Redlands Blvd, San Bernardino) ||||After unloading the car, I inspected the room. WORST room we have ever been in. If it had not been so late, we would have checked out and moved to a better, cleaner, less unfavorable motel. I did what I normally do which is take pictures of the room for reference later if needed. This was for "financial protection" since we were charged a DEPOSIT which has never happened before. I was not willing to take the chance we would not be charged for any of the damage to the room once we checked out the next day. Photos I have attached to this email. The first indication the room was going to be a challenge is the fact that the bathroom door would not close. We had to PUSH it hard to get it closed. After inspection, we noticed that the hinge at the top of the door was loose due to the screws having been stripped out of the door causing it to lean to the left and the door not to be closed without issue. We immediately reported it to the front desk. He looked at us like we were crazy. He made note of it I am assuming. ||The room itself is a disaster. One very odd situation I discovered when wanting to find a microwave (not one in the room) to warm my sandwich. Went to the front desk and asked about one. The man at the desk said yes, around the corner from room 11! I asked him to clarify. "Go down to the end of this hall, after room 11, take a right and you will see two of them for use." Ok, so I walked down the hall which is outside, made a right at room 11 to find two microwaves in metal cages anchored to the wall of the building. Not in a laundry room, not in a snack room, but two metal cages anchored to the wall, outside in the hallway, for use. Needles to say, that was the only way I was going to get a warm sandwich. I got my sandwich warmed, went back to our room and ate. ||||The pictures sent to corporate off show how under-managed, needing a lot of repair, upgrade, whatever it would take to make this room more reasonable to even stay in for one night without feeling like it had been previously used, over charged, not cleaned, repaired, taken care of before it had been rented again. What was one thing that stood out the most ridiculous thing of all, the shower. Granted it is set up for handicapped, wheelchair bound persons. However, there should be something done to stop the water from flowing out of the shower into the bathroom. The shower head is pointed towards the shower curtain and can't be repositioned to point away from the curtain. So you turn it on, the shower water is spraying into the bathroom area, flowing like a small lake and as far out as the toilet. We took towels, put them on the floor in front of the shower to try to stop the flow. As it flowed out of the shower, if any damage was caused, it was not our doing by choice. ||The whole room is in such a need for repair, it was frustrating to know that they charged a deposit, which was partially refunded, to prevent anymore destruction, and or lack of maintenance due to the destruction of the room by the customers when it obviously has not been maintained recently. ||I am requesting a COMPLETE refund of the charges for this room. Totally unacceptable and it is in my opinion theft by the motel from the customer to be subjected to this condition of the room and the overall view and lack of maintenance of the exterior. The doors of the rooms look like they have been painted over whatever crap is on the door, whether it be rust, dirt, other worn off paint, they just painted over it. True, the outside condition should not affect the customer, however, with everything we put up with, it was more the feeling we were renting in the LOW RENT district, and no one cared.

I'm going to stay one day but checking in was easy and I especially appreciated when Aaron asked me if I was a veteran to get my disconnect. The rooms are a 2.5 I'm okay with it, everything I expect in a room is there. As for service I haven't asked for anything. They have washing machines which I will use later.

Love this motel 6 (south) The workers in the front office Roy and Jr that we dealt with are very helpful and polite I also like how the housekeepers knock on your door every morning to see if you need anything.I would definitely recommend this motel 6 (south) to family&friends
