Hey, I've never stayed there, but I've heard some not-so-great things about the place. Apparently, the sidewalks are in bad shape, and there's a lot of drug use and yelling at all hours. I mean, the guest reviews say it all. And the management's response is always the same: "Sorry we didn't meet your needs, hope to do better next time." Yeah, right. I doubt they're actually doing anything about it. But hey, it's Motel 6, what do you expect? The new place, Park Inn or whatever it's called, is even worse. I wish they had just sold it to the apartment next door and called it a day. They've caused enough grief as it is.

Absolutely atrocious hotel. This is only by the standards of Motel 6. I am not expecting much. I tried to check in at 3pm as that is their stated check in time. They said there was some issue so the could check me in. I came back later in the night. While trying to talk through the bullet proof glass they said my room was broken into and they have no other rooms. The whole place was filled with drug addicts and other questionable people. Now at 11pm I need to find another place. They said they would refund me. But I haven't seen anything yet.

Although this is a good location as far as you are within walking distance of Starbucks, if that's your thing or let's say you want to go walk the down the street to McDonald's or if you want to walk around downtown it's close to the trax it's off a bus line etc etc. My problem is with the general manager of the establishment. Let me start with him. I went in one day and asked what's going on with the laundry room for example? And he said well I don't have to have an attitude and be rude. All I did was ask. Hey, what's going on with the laundry room? It's supposed to be open at 9:00 a.m. as far as I know and here it is. 9:20 a.m. is there something wrong with it? Like is it maybe needing some attention mechanically or? And he said that I don't need to have an attitude in that. They'll get to it as soon as possible. Well, I didn't have an attitude. I just simply asked the straightforward question. After that a couple days later I went to renew my stay. All of a sudden they're not able to do that supposedly. When I asked why charity the person who was there on that specific day wouldn't give me a reason why. So I left for a couple days to another hotel and then came back to this hotel. All you need to deal with someone trying to tell me that I'm on the do not rent list. When I asked why because I've never had a problem with them. They refuse to give me an answer and try to help me understand what's going on. Finally I got hold of the GM and he refused to give me a reason why. When I try to say hey man. I'm just trying to get out the street so I can have Ruth over my head, take a shower and have a bed sleeping. I'm homeless man. Didn't seem to have a care in the world aside from that, the rooms are gross. Disgusting floors are disgusting. Beds are uncomfortable. The pillows are basically next to nothing lemons are soiled at times and I have stayed at this property. There's times where allegedly they had none. Absolutely no towels. No nothing at one point I don't know if it's happened again since but for a good month and a half 2 months of me staying at this property off and on. No toilet paper couldn't get any. I guess it makes way too much sense if your supplier isn't able to get toilet paper for some awkward reason, which I find impossible to believe why not go to Sam's club? Why not go to Costco? And buy in bulk. I mean this establishment has a list of negative from the homeless that kick it like it ain't nothing doing drugs. Loud music people begging for money panhandling on the property as well as around the property. People will sit there and do drugs right in front of you as you're going into your room like it is what it is staff for. The most part are very ignorant. Shady have no common sense. No common decency rude disrespectful. The only person I can say I really liked out of here at this location was Rocky. Yes me and Rocky had a moment one night where Al's getting highly aggravated because I put in an online booking and he didn't let it go through for whatever reason on his end so I could get a room for a couple days that I had booked. Went to another hotel. Got the same deal across the street at the quality inn with the exception of paying $100 deposit which is normal. Otherwise for the same price you're paying at this motel, go across the street to the quality inn. Yes, you have to pay $100 deposit at the time of getting a room but the lobby's cleaner they serve breakfast which is pretty decent. Something extra again but it's okay. The rooms are way nicer way cleaner. TV's actually work, bathrooms and rooms are way more presentable. The beds are way cleaner and more comfortable way better pillows. Basically the point is for the same price that you pay across street at motel 6. You're getting a way better deal at quality inn. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to quality inn. If you have the extra $100 that you get back for a security deposit, I will never try attempt to even bother with this location. With motel 6 ever again I'm purely disgusted with the buildings rooms, the property management

The receptionist “welcome” you with a grumpy face, looking at you with suspicion, extremely rude and reluctant to give information. The room is mediocre, cleanliness and hygiene very lacking and the price should be revised downwards for what the structure (does not) offer. Three stars for the location being in Downtown. Highly not recommended.

I was there barely 16 hours and the police came twice. There were people doing heroin round the back in broad daylight, shouting and noise all night and I was awoken by the sound of a gunshot at 2am..I checked out immediately. Notwithstanding the crime, it was dirty - the floor towel for the shower was black with dirt; sheets had cigarette holes in them. I couldn't stay another minute and checked out at 3am. I tried to speak to the duty manager to complain but he wouldn't even even open the window and just made me pass my room key through. This place should not be open. I'm emailing for a refund but this is not a safe place.

I’ve had my fair share of bad hotel experiences and I’m definitely not expecting luxury with Motel 6 but this was the absolute worst. showed up and the guy at the front desk looked like a homeless crackhead. Absolutely disgusting and should be fired immediately. Once he saw us, he panicked and put on his Motel 6 shirt. He was rude and dismissive. But then he disappeared for like 20+ minutes saying he would check if he had a room. Keep in mind it’s already midnight and there’s a bunch of homeless on the property and feels totally unsafe. Why wouldn’t the room be ready? We’ve had the reservation for months and it’s MIDNIGHT. he comes back and just says “find another hotel” and walks away. So despite confirming our reservation, we were left stranded at midnight in the middle of an unsafe area without any concern or remorse. It’s very evident the rooms were being illegally used by all the drug dealers coming in and out, which is why we couldn’t get our room. By the time we left, there were 3 police cars parked out front too. AVOID.

I was defrauded into checking in. There was no TV service in my room. The African clerk's lies that it was the weather did not fool me for a moment. He refused my request for an upstairs room. 3 times did people panhandle me at my door. It was like trick-or-treating. The loudest music played right outside my door for minutes at a time all night. I have tinnitus ever since.

Richard at the front desk was completely unprofessional . He displayed drug addict symptoms and couldn’t even keep himself up without holding on to the counter. He also was a complete jerk and refused to transfer my phone call due to not having the correct room number at first, he then hung up on me and proceeded to ignore my calls. The customer service was truly disappointing and unless you want to be surrounded by drug addicts, this place isn’t for you.
