Can't speak to anything about the rooms, but the service gets 1 star as the phone number does not work. It spends about 45 seconds trying to connect and then goes dead. Would be really nice to be able to reach someone to do business with.

Worst experience I’ve ever had . Crackheads and dope feens are all up in there . Place was filthy gross . Never again . I’m from Michigan & never had a hotel be so disgusting 🤢

The Motel from Hell. The worst ever. Homeless and Junkies all over the complex. The rudest reception man we’ve ever met. No toilet paper in room. Broken and missing light fittings, live wires exposed throughout. Missing smoke detector, with wires hanging, missing extract fan with wires hanging, fresh dog sh*t outside reception door, old dog sh*t all over complex, pubic hairs in bath and on and on and on. UNCLEAN AND UNHEALTHY. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

Our room was not ready when we checked in at 3p. They used so much Pine-sol on the floor that it was sticky, and I could not go in there until it aired out. I wiped the floor with a paper towel and it came up black, let alone enough hair to make a baby sasquatch. The bed spreads had the stink of burnt hair and sorrow, not to mention all the cigarette burn holes in the blankets and bed spread. I asked for housekeeping to come clean the room and there was hair on the bathroom floor and the floors were still black when I wiped them. The "dog area" was a small patch of dead grass where nobody picked up the dog crap, so you can imagine the smell. There appeared to be some tweakers living in a box truck on the side of the building. The building needs alot of repair. Shall we talk about the staff? There is no daily housekeeping for long term stay, there is no gym, no pool, the trash cans that were right outside our door attracted more flies than the Amityville Horror House. I was hoping that the girl that I found passed out in her car was just really tired and not sleeping off a good hit of heroin. Im pretty sure this place is where bad horror movies start......

My husband and I, and our two kids stayed here for two nights. It's an awesome place to stay. Very inexpensive. Every employee I interacted with were very nice. Great customer service. The manager was very friendly. Parking lot and outside area was secure. Only one way in or out. They give you a parking permit and they have someone at night walking around to check on things. This is defiantly the place we will stay when we need to come to Salt Lake. Can't wait for the pool to open

We made our reservation through the website. When we got there to check in the staff was rude. We went to our room which smelled awful and looked as though it had been used without being cleaned. When my husband went to see if we could change rooms the lady at the counter had left. Her car was gone. About 10-15 minutes later he went down again to find a different lady. This lady was very helpful and changed our room no problem. The amount charged on our bank account showed and extra $100. When asked they said it would drop off after our stay. I questioned that because it had cleared the bank and usually that type of thing is pending until after you check out. Needless to say it has now been a month and we have not received the $100 deposit back. We knew that because we chose a cheaper option for our stay it wouldn’t be a 5 star stay. Very frustrating and won’t be staying at a Motel 6 again!

This place was the absolute worse. The room had an awful smell and there was mold in the bathroom. The ceiling had water leaking from it and the moisture made the tissue wet. There were no hand towels and they had the nerve to charge us a fifty dollar deposit. There was no carpet on the floor so you had to use what towels they did give you. I assume there are better accommodations in jail. The walls in the restroom were disgusting. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even my worse enemy. I would never stay here.

Good rooms, stayed here with my kids and mom while we were looking for a home and had terrible experiences. Like, finding cockroaches & spiders in our room, some room were very clean and some not so much. Bedding is really good and comfortable. Now, lets talk about the staff… Housekeepers are on it, they do a pretty good job. Front desk girl in the afternoon is cool. Morning Manager was extremely rude all the time, got mad at us for being 2 mins late to check in. Wouldn't let us stay after we had already been there for almost a month (2 rooms/night). Because it irritated him that we used a travel website and would often claim that we wouldn't pay the reservation when we did. Overall, customer service was the problem. The bugs, whatever else, I wouldn't have even complained. It happens, I don't care. But don't treat someone that way that has spent over $2500 within 30 days without problems. UPDATE Stayed here again over the weekend, tried to extend my stay, had already paid for my reservation & everything. The same guy made us leave, his exact words "you have too many ppl, we don't want that, we don't want you here". We have me, my mom, my 16yr old, 14 & 9yr old. I don't understand what this guy has against us. We don't cause problems, no parties, drugs, chaos, we don't complain & we clean the room better than most of the maids before we leave EVERYTIME EVERYWHERE WE GO. When I asked him why he doesn't want us here. He said he didn't want to argue with me. I don't even know how he treats others so I can't say whether or not I'd recommend this place for anyone else. For me, I'll go to a different location or something. I've spent so much money here though, I'm very disappointed. I tried giving it another try, I'll be back if they get rid of their manager couple that works in the mornings.
