To begin with, we booked through a third party site (hotels.com). It said the hotel was at least a 7 out of 10. When we arrived, the room we were given was occupied by someone else or had not been cleaned..It was late at night, so we were given another room which was a smoking room and a single full sized bed, which we had reserved 2 beds and a non-smoking room. The room smelled liked old cigarettes, the TV did not work at all, and the ceiling tiles were bowed and discolored. Also, the door in the bathroom did not close unless you lifted the toilet seat AND the lid. The wall of the bathroom was kicked in as well. This property does not live up to the newer Motel 6 standards. We will now pay closer attention to Trip Advisor reviews. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for a nicer room elsewhere.

Our company had an event in the area, finished late and we needed a room to stay ASAP. Rubi at the front desk did an amazing job. As a business traveler we can often be demanding, but Rubi handled it gracefully and always made us feel welcome. It's wonder that she not only got us a clean accommodating room but helped us to be able to do our business. Will definitely consider staying here again (when in town). Amenities in room functioned well.

There was one hair on the bedsheet, either from the cleaning crew or from the previous guest. I hope it was not from the previous guest who slept in that bed and then the bed sheet were not changed. There was one other hair on the towel rack. There were only two towels from 4 people. There are not enough hooks to hang the towels. Towels are rolled and put inside some holes with a yellow cover, the holes are not cleaned, there was a lot of dust inside. The toilet did not have a cover. The carpet was not vacuumed. There were like breadcrumbs on the bed so i am thinking the bed sheets really were not changed from the previous guest and this is a bit disgusting. I understand there is no breakfast available during Covid but at least they could have provided some coffee/tea in the lobby. I booked a non smoking room but it smelled of sigarette.

The room was nice, but I wasn't able to get any sleep because there was a scary disturbance outside my window. Two guests were fighting at night. I called the front desk and I was assured that they would handle it, but the ruckus resumed around 5:30am... man ended up breaking a woman's headlights. I was so scared, and my dog was scared too. I paid a lot of money for that cheap room too because it was the weekend. I'm so disheartened when I think back at my stay.

This is my 2nd time staying in this motel. Depending on who is working, depends on what you need to check in. The same USED Tea bag was on the stairs to 2nd floor opposite end from elevator, right where it was 3 weeks ago. Don’t think they clean the walkways or any area where the wind and trash swirl. Heater did not work! Thank goodness I had a couple blankets in my car. Room needs to be aired out, musty odor. If you expect hot water to shower, turn on high hot and then go have a cup of coffee, it takes that long to get hot. Room was clean, mattress comfortable. For the price, you get what you paid for

This was an okay stay, but I think it could have been a little better for a affordable working-class persons hotel. The customer service was good when we checked in. They acted a little hesitant to give us an extra towel and wash cloth -we had a party of three and there where 3 towels in the room and two wash clothes. It smelled like smoke, I think the person who was in the next room was smoking. I don't remember if we where asked for a smoking or non-smoking, but I definitely wanted a non-smoking. The free coffee in the morning was empty at 7 p.m., there was only one of those pots...if coffee is all there is, there should be a lot of it, but potential guest don't hog all the coffee with your reusable mugs, everybody needs as much caffeine as they can get!

It's a cheap place to stay here, but the room was pretty gross. There were stains/small smears on the wall, the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time (I wore shoes in the room because I didn't want my feet to touch the floor), and the room was damp all the time since not much sunlight got into the room. The staff were super nice though, and there were no bed bugs.

We only booked a room to have a place to sleep at night. This was the best deal on booking. Com. Room was clean. Was supposedly a non smoking room but smelled strongly of cigarettes. Beds were lumpy and old. I could feel the springs through the mattress. Room was hot ands there was no AC only a fan which we set at the coldest possible setting &was still hot and stuffy. Had to open the window but didn't feel safe to keep it open thru the night due to the bed being right under the window. Staff was very nice. Close to freeway, which was a plus for us. All motels in this area are super expensive. No bugs that were saw.

We started here as part of a three winery tour on a Saturday. We were the only people there early in the day, and we had a long visit with the winemaker. The setting is perfection! We loved the wines. We would definitely recommend, and we will defini
