From check-in to present, every single staff member we have interacted with has been absolutely wonderful. The gentleman that checked us in the first night had some difficulty validating our voucher and even though he became a little frustrated with the delay by the computer system, at no time did he make us feel the slightest bit unwelcome or that we were a burden in any way. In fact, he referred to me several times as "my friend" while reassuring me that the system was just slow and it would validate our voucher soon, which it did. I have needed to go into the office a few times to clarify information and to arrange for staying an additional week and the young lady who works in the daytime has always been cheerful and courteous toward me, even after knowing we were using a voucher for our stay. I also had separate interactions with two members of the housekeeping staff and they were extremely courteous and even seemed happy to answer my questions and help fulfill my requests. It has been a very difficult time for my family experiencing this period of being unhoused, so the staff's kindness to my family means so much more to me than they may realize.

The parking lot is gated and seemed very secure. It made me feel safe. The sleeping area seemed clean. The room was good, but the shower and toilet areas were not thoroughly cleaned. We found 2 spiders & a bug. We let the front desk know and they said they would address it with the staff. I felt they cared about fixing the problems.

This Motel 6 is nestled right off 99 South freeway with shopping near by. The remodel and upgrades are nice with quality interior material. The cleanliness, quietness and the appearance of or all felt safe, with a black iron gate. The front desk was nice and professional.

My husband and I stay here all the time for work with our dogs it is clean and friendly. There are pet areas they provide dog bags to clean up after your pet. If anything is wrong or upsetting the front deck or management will make it right and fix the problem right away with no question asked. The staff treats us with respect and builds a relationship with their guest. Parking lot is gated and the staff watch the car entrance every closely. If you are a truck driver and need a place to stay they have truck parking with cameras facing the trucks. We have parked our truck here multiple time with no problem. Hands down one of the best places I have ever stayed at. We are here every week for our 34hr rest. We choose this place for the clean rooms and friendly staff they make us feel like we are home.

Plenty of parking for the Austin Enterprise trucks! Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly, ac works amazing! Place is very quiet at night for a good night's sleep

Had a great stay. Came for a graduation from out of the area and I loved the location. My room wasn’t ready and I got upgraded on the spot. I love a comfortable bed and I slept great. Checking in was super easy and front desk was very nice. I would def stay here again, thank you,

Management is so helpful for me and my family I really do appreciate them in the office. The housekeeping is wonderful they are helpful for all your needs. I really do appreciate the motel 6 family.
