Older motel that recently was given a face-lift. First room we were given had broken and loud A/C unit with flies, ants, and a broken toilet. Next room was better but the hot water takes forever to come up. The price is very reasonable, the linens were clean, and the front desk staff were eager to make us happier than we initially were. The location is awesome. Right on the interstate with easy access to the rest of Russellville.

The room was very small, the air conditioner was not working well and when we put the fan on high it made a lot of noise. The commode was leaking they fixed it. The turn in and out of the road to get to the hotel was very hard to get onto because of traffic.

First room had no air and was moved to another room. The second Room Had Cool air but it was not blowing! It was miserable and had told front desk they said they were sorry and it will be looked at after we checked out?! It was over 100 outside and Just total disappointment in that nothing being done about the air conditioning

6 days of travel across the country with my cat, this was my favorite room and location. The room was flawless and was obviously remodeled recently. It was also spotless. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and I could tell this was a family run business. Being off of the Interstate is a real plus in my book, no road noise at all. Within walking distance is a fantastic "only burgers and fries" food place right up there in quality like In & Out Burger out west.

Wow, is this a budget or luxury hotel?! Tucked away is this little hidden gem. We spent half of what we would have spent elsewhere. The building and rooms have new paint, furniture and all the linens appeared new. Pillows were fluffy and could size up to those luxury hotels. Ice and vending machines downstairs. No breakfast, but remember the savings. There is plenty of safe parking. Seemed like workers were their most common guests. In the morning, housekeeping ladies buzzed, setting up to work cheerfully. Left them a good tip. We'll stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Absolute ghetto. Abandoned cars, people are actually living there, they have chairs, tables, grills, everywhere. Very sketchy area, sketchy people. Illegal immigrants????? Go anywhere but here in Russellville/Dardanelle areas!!!!

I’m reading a lot of negative reviews that customers have written recently, and I’m sitting here wondering if I’m reading about the right place lol. I’m guessing maybe I just got lucky, because my room looked as if no one had ever stayed in it before we got there. Not only was the room clean and free of bugs, but the room also looked as if it had just been built! No scratches or scuffs anywhere or on anything, including the bathroom, and everything in our room was fully functional. Our room being incredibly small was definitely the biggest con, and the few appliances that were included were very basic, simple models; However, all these appliances appeared to be brand new, including the television that was mounted to the wall. Lots of pros considering the low price I paid for that room. I’ve paid more for much much less. I also felt safe while I was there. Unsure whether or not they have surveillance cameras outside. I live locally, so I probably wouldn’t recommend this place on the weekend if you are staying here with kids simply because of all the drunk people that check in overnight when the bars close, and they can be quite loud. I also know that years ago there was a lot of illegal activity happening here, but unsure if this is still an ongoing issue. I did find it interesting that the woman who checked me in was making comments throughout our conversation on how bad the rooms there are. So I was expecting the worst and thankful I only paid for 1 night, but was shocked at the immaculate condition of the room and everything inside it.

The pool said it open from 9 am to 9:30 pm. They tried closing the pool at 8:30 pm. They would not open it at 9 am for the kids to swim.
