Most amazing management run this motel 6, they went above and beyond to help me even after I checked out. Rooms and grounds are clean and quiet. I will stay every time I come through this way and recommend to all of my coworkers and family. And great price

Very nice reception staff. The rooms are minimal, and the shower had seen better days. Rock hard beds. $75 for a single person. Right next to a convenience store. There is only one entrance to US 63, and it's on a curve, next to the westbound I-44 entrance ramp. Southbound traffic on US 63 takes no prisoners going into that ramp.

Room was extremely humid and damp no matter how long the AC remained on. The indoor stairwell smelled like a barn, and the inside of the room smelled like mildew. There was hair that was not mine in my bed when I checked the covers. The ice machine looked dirty. The water pressure greatly decreased after the first 10 minutes of my shower. The desk attendant was very kind, though! He called the room to make sure we had settled in nicely and that everything looked okay, and the location is good.

Management was there for the Check in , The rooms are like any other room at the hotel, so don’t expect a fancy place, Location was great right off of I-44! Beautiful view of Rolla once you’re on the 2nd and 3rd floor! Private, no strangers lurking, for they have to have to key card to even get access to the staircases! Pretty safe Motel! ✅

If I could give it 0 stars I would! This place is awful don’t waste your time. There was a heat advisory yesterday and when we checked in they had the heater running full blast. The room displayed 91 degrees and wouldn’t cool down. The front desk attendant then kept visiting us every half hour to check to see if it cooled down and then took us to every room to see if it was better but the heat was on in EVERY room!!! Helllllloooo it’s summer and 105 degrees outside use AC!!

When I arrived the gentleman working the front desk was picking weeds out of the cracks in the parking lot. On the way to meet me at the front desk he was sure to stop by my car and pick a few more. While I was checking in he turned the lights off in the lobby in the middle of the process, which caught me off guard. Other than the strangeness of it all he was nice and offered to help me bring my things to my room, which I declined. When I arrived to my Non-Smoking room the first thing I noticed was it reaked of cigarettes. The second thing I noticed was the safety latch for the door was barely hanging on from it having been kicked in sometime in the past. I was on the second floor out of three and you could hear loudly the footsteps of the people above. This wasn't a problem as it was 8 pm and figured they would settle down soon. Around 1 AM I was still wide awake as the footsteps have not stopped. Whomever was in that room above was walking around non stop for hours. At about 130am while laying in bed I'm startled by a loud knock on the door. I quickly jump up and look out the window and see an individual with a back pack standing there. I yell wrong room and he left with no issues. I assume he was trying to find the room above me in which the footsteps where still going strong. They also kept dropping things with a loud thud that echoed through my room. Now wide awake because of the person at the door and footsteps above still going I lay there until 4 am, when I could finally doze off until I needed to be away at 8am. I got out of there quick the next morning, footsteps still going strong above. On the way out a saw a few individuals stumbling with blood shot eyes. Clearly tweakers which I'm assuming were staying at the room above me. Upon exiting no one was at the front desk so I left my key there on got away. Tldr: If you don't mind the chance of being underneath the neighborhood tweakers and sketchy individuals banging on your door @ 1am, this is the hotel for you. The room was clean.
