I will definitely be staying here again! Staff was beyond friendly! Every person at that hotel was helpful and kind, from the begin to the end of our stay. The rooms were neat clean and updated. Although they are in the middle of remodel you would barely know it! And there prices are reasonable!

Definitely not a place I’d be staying again. The rooms smelled awful. It’s not handicap accessible at all. No elevators so we had to carry all our luggage up the steps. That was just annoying after traveling hours with 3 small children. The shower handle that’s normally on the outside of the shower was ripped off the wall for some reason and then just thrown under the sink. I wish I would’ve gotten a picture but the split room door was bolted shut with a slab of 2 by 4. Hotel was overall terrible. But the service was decent.

“DONT LEAVE A LIGHT ON FOR ME”. Terrible night shift employee and management staff. Was not told about $50 deposit at check in after 15mins of front desk lady attempting my card 5-6 times she calls her boss who states I can either go get the cash deposit or they can refund my money which Expedia had already taken from my account. So she tells me I’m going to have to leave the property to go get cash because her deposit machine is down. My first thought is this is my problem how…. Fortunately my son had the cash I go back in put the money on the counter and am immediately told I can just go get myself a room someplace else. That I had an attitude and she didn’t have to give me a room key. I ask to speak to a manager she proceeds to call the same lady I was not given the chance to speak before she says her employee won’t be disrespected for me to leave. I went to the comfort in behind there and the nice lady behind the desk there says they did me a favor and that place was nasty. If the employees at this motel 6 is any reflection of what the rooms are like nasty is an understatement. You would think I had called her names and cussed at her which I did not do. I hope the owner goes back and watches the video and sees how disrespectful this girl was. Kudos to the front desk at comfort inn though for helping me get a room

Positive: Nothing Negative: Roaches in room, drug dealers living there, along with staff that is hanging out with them.. I would never recommend this place to anyone within the first two days I had to move rooms because the upstairs flooded and flooded the rooms below

This place is over all awful from the service to the building. I checked in after being looking at their website and it stating it is pet friendly and pets stay free. When I checked in I told the employees at the front desk that I had a cat and a dog. I was told it was fine and there is a standard $50 deposit for all guest (even ones without pets). I was fine with that. When I got in my room the room had odor but i could ignore it as it was subtle. After I unpacked my things I started seeing cockroaches crawl from everywhere up the walls, behind furniture, out of the bathroom sink, and even electrical outlets. I noticed they were coming out from behind the desk more than anything so I pulled the desk from the wall to find dog food, mcdonalds food, and candy wrappers that the dear old roaches were having a buffet from. I went to the front office and told them about the problem and asked for a broom and bug spray to clean up the mess. When I finished cleaning the mess and went back to the desk I was told that my room was scheduled to be cleaned the next morning. The next morning I went to the office to speak to the owner and asked for a small discount for the inconvenience of the roaches and having to clean up a mess that was not my own and I was told we don't give out refunds or discounts out and instead was offered a different room. After accepting I mentioned my animals again and the owner interrupted me and said wait animals we need a $100 deposit for the cat and dog. I was confused by this because why would the website say we are pet friendly and pets stay free. He then preceeded to ask me if I told the employees from the previous night about my animals and I said yes. When he went and asked that employee they straight out lied and claimed I never mentioned them. After we moved out of our first room, house keeping came and cleaned our old room (we moved right next door) and the owner came in the old room looked around and kicked us out because we had our animals and blamed us for a smell coming from the room even though there was already a smell in that room before I brought my animals in. The owner was extremely rude to my fiance and I by screaming at us, talking to us disrespectfully, and calling the police on us. If you are looking for a motel to stay I highly recommended NOT picking this one. There is a small probability of you receiving good service from the owner and few of the employees. After this experience I will be sure to look at reviews from now on.

They surprised me with a $50 cash deposit at check-in. Which would have caused me to loose the $133+ I had already paid online. This was supposed to cover room taxes and fees. Nowhere on the site or confirmation were anything about a deposit of any kind. They have no WiFi or Jacuzzi tubs as advertised. The tub in my room was painted and the paint started coming off while I was sitting in the tub of water. Not as advertised, looks nice, but, they just painted over all the old stuff from when it was Ramada. Not as advertised, not worth the price.

Very practical! Excellent price and location! Specially if you’re traveling to race Bmx at the Rock Hill BMX Supercross track. It’s just 5 minutes away driving. The next closest track is Hornets Nest , also a must visit if you’re in the area. The staff is very friendly and rooms are clean. There’s various dining and shopping options available just a few minutes away. Some even walking distance. There’s more than one gas station also within distance. There’s an amusement park around 30 minutes or less, various malls, basically anything you may need is available …

Positive: Cheap price Negative: Roaches everywhere. No working tv. Told front desk about roach problem and they said "aww I'm sorry". I left early
