Motel 6 Riviera Beach Florida - Hotel in Riviera Beach - 3651 W Blue Heron Blvd, USA

When I walked into the room, I immediately smelled mold. There was black mold all over the A/C vent. The room just wreaked. I started the A/C which sounded like a washing machine on spin. There was a cockroach in the room. And finally, no hot water in the morning for a shower. The room was not fit to be occupied. The lady in the office was gracious and refunded the next two nights I paid for.

First off, let me start by saying it is true when they say you get what you pay for. When we first check-in upon walking into our room you can smell the strong smell of mold. By the time we went back to the front desk the shifts had changed. Although the person who checked us in was gone home for the day, Lapria, the front desk agent was very nice and welcoming(Major asset to the hotel). She automatically switched our room to one that was much better. She appeared to be very knowledgeable in the conditions of the rooms on the property. Although the rooms were not cleaned very well I can assume this is due to the workers not being provided enough time to adequately clean the room. The staff, other than the night audit personnel, work very friendly but I can assume she was just doing her job.

The rooms have roaches, a nasty smell to them, stains on the sheets, and showers falling apart wdf typa motel is this!! ITS NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN NOW!!!! REFUND ME MY MONEY NOW!!

I would say rooms are great considering the price.cheapest motel you can find around this area.the area is not good that’s the con but they have night security so that wasn’t a concern for us.it is very close to riviera beach cruise terminal if you’re going in cruise for riviera beach best deal you can find to rest its just 1.5 miles from that.and if you request the manager they will allow you to park your car in motel parking while you’re going for cruise.

Dead roaches in and outside our room. Trash on the bathroom floor, if you can fall asleep you will be woken up over and over by loud people outside you room. I do not recommend.

Really nice staff the owner even opened the pool for my granddaughter to play for an hour they have both smoking and non smoking rooms also have designed smoking area for ones who smoke but not in room with the family I liked that cause they trying to look out for everyone. at some hotels u can't even smoke in parking lot and non smoking rooms are more up to date then the smoking they pet friendly so the stay was a nice stay to us and we will be back thanks

The convenience of the place is the only thing keeping it going. Getting around is a nightmare, and Uber rides cost a fortune. Just a couple blocks, $45.00! But with luggage to carry, one has no choice. It was quite noisy with people outside smoking and drinking til after 1 AM. The shower was cold. One can tell housekeeping has been there, it looks neat and clean, but clean it is not. The floors were almost sticky and there's grime everywhere. It needs a good, thorough scrubbing! All in all, a miserable stay!

I came from Texas late at night and i found that hotel. People in the Reception are so helpful and nice especially a girl called Libra. She is so nice and helpful. So respectful. The rooms are satisfied and the place is clean and calm. The location also is perfect. Thanks for all the people there. I wish the best in their business.
