Motel 6 Reno – Livestock NV - Motel in Reno - 866 N Wls Ave, USA

Rented a room from this establishment a few months back. As checked into my room by a young lady by the name of, I think Mandy. Tall, blonde hair, very sweet. She was very helpful and had a lovely attitude. She was very attentive to not just my needs but other customers from what I noticed. She definitely made the stay more pleasant. Room was super clean and neighbors all respectful and kind. (I understand this changes probably daily, but the overall stay was perfect.)

All the people here are soooo nice and accommodating and it was easy to find. There is a big parking lot and there is easy access to parking from all the rooms. I do have a few things though. I understand thin is just a motel 6 but the shower is a bit jankie and very small. There was hair stuck in the towels (I always bring my own towel even to super nice hotels) my boyfriend used (I don't think he noticed though) and the beds are small and not the most comfortable and the room got hot at night (I am a hot sleeper). I will be coming back though because the staff was amazing. Next time I will bring a mattress topper or something and some extra fans.

Trish, Sal, and Andrew were such great associates. I am thoroughly impressed and amazed by their attention to detail and their dedication to “getting it right”. However, the highlight of my Motel 6 visit was Mandy. Her kindness and commitment to excellence permeated my entrance to the check-in counter. Her consistent desire to solve my issues were nothing less than remarkable. Thank you Motel 6 staff. Leave the light on for me!!

Better late than never. SHOUT OUT TO STAFF: SAL (if I remember correctly, he works with Vanessa), Vanessa & Odessa with a laugh that will keep you smiling. I got screwed on resort fees and rooms from booking websites over $300 before the staff I mentioned above finally got me into a room hassle free. Just good people. Gives you a reason to go to Motel 6. Thanks guys!

Seems like they recently had a makeover. Rooms for great they were clean, peaceful and quiet. Mandy at the front desk helped me out and she was absolutely wonderful. I could not have asked for a better experience.

When it comes down to it the owner does get involved with guests to make sure there's no problems. They did however start doing a fifty dollar deposit but completely worth the clean, and relaxing environment. I am also extremely thankful for Mandy and I think Roger in the afternoons. They helped me so much and are always so kind when I go in there. Plus they actually opened their pool this year unlike a few others here in town.

I don't know where to start or began about my stay it was unreal I rented the room for 7 days and I checked out in 3 I couldn't stay no more I felt uncomfortable scared police coming every night . Room service was the worst no towels in 3 days they didn't even ask if I wanted room service plus when I asked for clean towels and employee stated WHAT SHE WANTS FRONT DOOR SERVICE NOW.!!!! look this your job If you don't like dealing with people then I you look for another job.. I didn't once bother anybody or ask the motel for anything well I stayed until I needed towels.. Flies everywhere Plus the door had a big opening it didn't close right crazy .. And what the craziest was a couple was so loud there kids all hours of the night up and down and the started harassing me Hitting my door, window calling the cops on me for what I didn't know them telling the cops I bought a lot of groceries in my room I had to much sugar and the had kids I didn't understand why my life was so important to them to be watching me.. So I checked out and now I'm trying to get my money back for the other 5 days and the owner is ignoring my calls for when I left he said that they would reimburse me those other days I'm still waiting . But if I need I will go higher this motel for me was horrible a nightmare you should never be scared to walk out your motel room. It's supposed to be relaxed I that I was in the twilight zone.

Sketchy area. Lots of bars on everything. Front window wouldn’t close due to attempted break in. Still all bent and not functional. Shower had near zero pressure. Bed was rock hard and lumpy. We paid for a shower and a bed and got neither. Not being picky. Staff were rude and did not perform their jobs well. Made you feel bad for being there.
