Surveillance cameras are sometimes watched in real time at the front office. I don't go to the office at weird early AM hours, but I almost always find it manned. And the staff are helpful, all the office people and the housekeepers. The housekeepers keep the place clean. It's tidy inside and out. There does not appear to be tolerance of criminal activity. (Not that there never is criminal activity, hello, this is a motel). Sometimes noisy or unruly persons stay here, but they don't stay here long. The TV in my room is sitting on the desk in front of the bed instead of being fastened higher up in front of the wall like most of them are. One of the nightstands needs work, I think my boxes underneath it are holding it up. Perhaps there should be better communication within the staff about what to do in certain foreseeable situations. I'll be happy to speak to the manager about that if there are any questions.

The staff is really great. I honestly have had the biggest change of heart because of the transition I'm in. My lease was up in middle of December and I have planned to move to Florida once my settle is approved. And until then, I am in this motel. ||||Staff, great. Very helpful, very polite, and honestly overall understanding. I appreciate this place. Its given a sense of normalcy since I had to "live in a motel". I've been here for two weeks 12/31 til now 01/09 and going.

So after much consideration I am changing my initial review from 1 stars to 4.5 stars. First, the staff is polite. I guess I let my situation get the best of me and didn't appreciate the loud noise outside my room between 12am and 2am. But, what makes up for that is the politeness of the staff and some of the other guest here. Clean rooms. Good A/C or heating. The windows aren't damaged so you can open them if you want - plus the security latches on them are perfect for people like me. The bathroom is great, ventilation is great. So not moist or anything to get mold. The location of the of the motel is right by a Walmart, food and shopping centers in practically walking distance. So good for a little walk in the evening. The homeless people around here are actually not that scary or mean. They are respectful and funny to talk to when walking passed them. This specific location is great. I first gave a bad review, but after them helping me and keeping OFF the streets, I would recommend this place. And great prices! Very good prices!!!

Good motel, quiet and clean. I’ve been staying here for over five days on business. This is a family run business and that is just how you are treated. Like family. They are the nicest group of people I believe I’ve ever experienced.The morning front desk agent is the kindest person, very sweet disposition and very sincere. I will be staying here a while longer and will recommend this motel to all my friends and colleagues.

Been coming here for 12 years off and on. Staff are always professional and respectful and considerate. The rooms are convenient with welcoming energy and not to mention it is in a very accessible area.. plenty to do here. Plenty of stores to shop at as well

I absolutely love this place. They have AMAZING customer service. Ally, and her crew were there sweetest, friendliest, and most professional group of people I have seen working at a motel. Please give this place a stay. They recently remodeled and have very nice, clean, spacious rooms! I couldn't get over how clean they were plus had a huge flat screen, with nice cable TV. Plus alot of stores and restaurants in walking distance, and easy access to the freeway. Perfect location. I truly recommend a stay here!!!!

This is my third time staying here this year. I keep coming back because my experience has been consistently positive. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the room and property are both always neat and clean. Also, it is affordable! If I have to stay in town for any reason I always stay at this location. Thanks!

Room was clean, smelled good, good tv, cold refrigerator, pleasant temperature (I needed no adjustments)no decor, shower did not however get hot.
