Motel 6 Pueblo, CO - I-25 - Featured Reviews (2277)
Positive: The staff are accommodating. No deposit required. Makes me want to make their job easier but cleaning the room before checkout. Negative: Rooms could be a little cleaner and better maintenance. Other than that, it's great.
It stinks - decades of cigarettes. Hole in curtain. Ceiling coming down. Horrible maintenance. Not very clean. Couldn't get one more towel or pillow. No window screens - can't even air it out. Can't wait to leave. Stay ANYWHERE else. Also, not a good neighborhood. Lots of scary looking people loitering around. Wish I had read the reviews before I booked. Update: We checked put after a loud night of stereo blasting and horns honking outside. We lived through it with the help of a scented candle and an entire bottle of febreeze. In hindsight, too be fair, I must add that the gal at the front desk was very nice... not her fault that the place needs to be bulldozed! And the complimentary coffee is decent. I notice that the motel's responses to complaints are consistent over many years, promising improvements and concern that clearly result in nothing.
People were knocking on my door wee hours in the night.. I reported it. And I was told the previous guest was a drug dealer. An officer told me, They are gone I didn't need to change room. Employees were asking me for money. Management treated me like I was the crook. I left and stayed a week at the Clarion.
AC blew only hot air. Missing blankets, stained sheets, and phone number on headboard. Rusted nails sticking through the night stand. The floor turned feet black after walking. The entire room smelt of urine. Broken safety lock and numerous holes in walls. Many people loitering. Immediately booked another hotel in the area after 20 minutes. After this stay, cancelled all other Motel 6 reservations on roadtrip.
This place was a joke. Me and my family went to go to the room and as soon as we opened the door it smelt like mildew and cigarettes. As we went further in there was mold on the nightstand and significant water damage and the room was hot as hell. We called the front and he made it out as if it was no big deal and I was over reacting by asking for another room. After about 40 min he finally gave me one. That room had poop on the Curtains and the back of the bathroom door had screws hanging out the wall the room was hot as well so I asked for a refund so I could go to another motel and he refused. Don’t go there look at pictures for reference
Total disaster. The office and rooms smell horriffic! Reserved room not ready. Given another just for the come out to be gross, smelly, broken entry, door couldnt stay shut or locked. Disgusting! Given another just to be better off leaving!! Keep your $$$ im OUT!!
I won't ever go back to motel 6 in Pueblo, Colorado. Or not even in other cities or states. I can not rate this place higher than a -6. And that's being nice. The bed was so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep, the room would go from cold to super hot. There was no microwave in the room. The pool was not operational. The curtains were falling off. The shower (oh my gosh) dangers. After checking in we immediately started looking for other accommodations.
I appreciate the response, but it really sucked a majority of your rooms available only have showers. Worse when you ask them on the phone, then at the front desk again not even 90 mins later, and still get a room with just a shower. I've a bad right knee and a bum left foot, me and showers do not get along. Aside from that, I have to give it 4 stars at the least since the rooms are always clean. The staff are just neutral. I can't tell if they're friendly or not. It seems like some of them drone it out, and some try way too hard.
B&C Tacos: What a fantastic place! The food was amazing, Bruce (owner) was extremely friendly, professional and we chatted for awhile, ate outside because we had our dog with us. Staff was extremely nice, menu was awesome. Definitely going to stop he
We have attended as members for over 20 years. Great church for both young and old. Very caring staff including our Bishop and our priest. Beautiful Church, Beautiful people!
