I stayed for two weeks, and not once did they offer to clean the room, bring towels, or any kind of service besides when I was at the front desk reprogramming my key every other day. There were a lot of guests with dogs so there was constant barking. Only reason it gets two stars is because they're really cheap and conveniently located near food and a convenience store. The Coca Cola vending machine will not give any change back so make sure you use exact change when using it.

The staff here are amazing Amanda always goes above and beyond her title. Always keep coming back because of the people here. It's also quite at night so that means some much needed peacefully rest. THANK YOU GUYS

I don’t like to write bad but I don’t feel good experience in motel 6. No fridge, no hair dryer, stained bed sheet, no shampoo or body soap service. Hope this opinion helps your better service and make happy for future customers.

So, me and my partner stayed here for 1 night; we went to a Ken Carson concert in July. We checked in around noon, as soon as we got there, there were 2 tweakers (one folding over the counter), so not a very safe space. Our non-smoking room definitely had smokers inside. It was pretty gross, the bathroom was NOT cleaned at all. Strange gunk and dead skin on shower floor, cigarette burns on the mirror and the bathroom sink faucet shoots out water everywhere. It was kind of funny. But anyways, the power in our room went out twice in the same night, but the lady helping me out seemed sweet over the phone. The tv also had no remote. I mean, what do you really expect from a Motel haha. Also payed $160 which is outrageous for the quality of this place.

Had a phenomenal experience! Me and my partner were experiencing a very stressful, last minute moving conflict and needed a hotel that allowed pets ASAP. Angel was our literal angel, not only was she understanding of our pet situation but sympathized over the moving stresses. Had to unfortunately keep extending our stay but the staff was friendly and nonjudgmental. Best impression of Portland this far, 11/10 recommendation.

I have been providing care for a friend and we chose to stay at this particular establishment due to the professionalism of thier staff.. I can't say enough about Amanda and Shannon! They are amazing and truly professionals on every level of customer service. Everyone on staff has been very helpful and kind no matter what time of day! I strongly recommend this establishment... FIVE STARS !

I stayed here maybe a total of 4 hrs. I had a week reservation that was canceled after I was considered a “no show” for arriving late when I specifically requested a late check in. I stayed until Check out and found other lodging accommodations as I was not interested in reinstating my previous reservation. Online photos when booking do not match what the location looks like. I was put into a smoking room (Not by choice) and it was disgusting. Overpowering smell of smoke to the point I kept the door open until check-out. Everything was written on, carved into, or otherwise destroyed. The location was on the sketchy side which I was willing to ignore if the room was up to par. The bedding was clean, and all surfaces seemed to at least be wiped down since the last guest. Could use a major upgrade and deep clean. Despite the gross room, the staff was very friendly and non confrontational when there was an upset with my reservation.

No microwave in the room and for the price truly not the best and below average. Also, there is no area to keep any cold food as you would have to eat out every day, which again is costly based on no refrigerator in any room and for such a high price I would consider this motel at 3104 Se Powell not satisfying. When I leave, I will seek another motel service that seeks to provide it to customers. They should give the customers their money back based on the fact that they are not providing what is needed.
