Wow. Such a let down. Drove 30 miles out here to enjoy some relax time with my family. Staycation! Well i suggest you don't bother if you wanted this place for the pool. Upon arrival after getting ready for the pool we then realized it's locked and closed! They charge you more than other motel 6's for this amenity and you can't even enjoy it! Getting away from the heat or suppressing it, is impossible the ice machine is OUT OF SERVICE! What a total disappointment. As for the rooms. They smell of cheap air freshener and the floors hadn't been swept or moped.....Thin uncomfortable pillows. Lastly there is no refrigerator in your room. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Book elsewhere. The service was rude. Very short definitely no service with a smile. Do better @Motel6

I had an unfortunate event today which concluded with me having to call the cops because one of the clerks was threatening to fight me. The manager did nothing to de-escalate the situation even though this clerk was becoming more and more aggressive. I was trying to give a formal complaint to the manager but the clerk was getting extremely aggressive and emotional and wasn't allowing me to give a formal complaint.||The incident;||I came in close to 12 to pay for my room and ask to see if it was a possibility to get early check in when a room was available. The first clerk ( the male clerk) advised I come back after 2 pm to see if there's anything available. I was as polite as possible cause I understand it can be an inconvenience but other hotels have accommodated me before with no issue. I come back at 230 as to not seem too pushy. This time there was a female clerk and she immediately did not look happy to see me. Still, I did my best to be as polite as possible. I understand this line of work is stressful. I relay to her what I had been told earlier, "I was told to come back at 230 to see if there might be a room available for early check in, but understand if that's not possible. Just wanted to check in"||She didn't look at her computer and was dismissive and told me, "Check in is at 3"||I told her it was no problem and told her I'd come back at 3. I turned around to leave and reached the door when I remembered that you need a parking permit in order to park on their property. I turned around to ask her if it was okay if I parked on their property while I waited. When I noticed she was checking in the couple that came in after me. Mind you, it had not even been a full 30 seconds since I had asked about early check in. These guest were also a couple who needed a queen bed and also made a reservation. I turned around and looked at her confused as she had just told me that there were no rooms available and didn't bother to look but she immediately checked in this other couple who came directly behind me. She stuttered and told me that she would look to see if there was a room for me. This felt discriminatory so I decided to file a complaint with the manager. When she tried to check me in I kindly told her that I wanted to get checked in by the manager instead. She immediately got agitated and was trying to come up with excuses as to why she didn't check me in when I asked. As I'm waiting there 3 people had been checked in. I tried not to engage with her and was trying to solely deal with the manager but she kept intervening, trying to intimidate me then started attacking my appearance. She was being preachy and calling me demonic because of how I looked. She finally relented and said she was going to leave. Which in my opinion the manager should have asked her to step out earlier in the altercation, as this clerk was only antagonizing the situation. She's at the door again, staring me down and in a threatening way. I stared back because I wasn't going to allow her to intimidate me. She then said, "Let's take this outside and handle this"||I asked her if they was a threat? And she said yes ... so instead of feeding into her threat. I told her I'd be calling the cops and filing a complaint with corporate instead. When the cops came she tried to back peddle and say she just wanted to talk outside to talk like adults. She began to cry and act like the victim. I had confirmed before calling the cops if she was threatening me and she said yes which is why I called the cops. I will definitely be escalating this matter and have spoken to corporate. The cops who came to handle the situation also advised that I make the proper complaints. I just wanted to warn anyone because it's one thing to have a rude clerk. It's another to have a discriminatory and violent clerk.

The bathroom was bad, it didn’t even smell like any kind of cleaning product and it definitely was not on the condition it COULD HAVE been in. For being right off the freeway I would expect a lot better. The staff was not very nice or helpful until given some push back. I will never stay here again.

The room was so dirty I had to clean the floors, the bathtub, the sink, and the toilet before I could use any of it, disgusting place in general. Pubic hair, facial hairs, sticky floor. Ice machines were broken. Things falling apart in the room as well. I didn’t feel safe, got a thumbtack through my foot, and in my hand, because someone neglected to remove the multiple thumbtacks that a previous guest had put into the curtains to hold them closed or something . Drug use in the parking lot and I found a pipe as well on the curb near my car which was ignored by staff when told about it. Don’t stay here, it’s not in your best interest. Unfortunately, Sheraton and Hilton were both booked up because of the convention I was attending, but next time I will plan well in advance, my fault. No stars… in fact, negative stars on this one. I wish I had read all of the negative reviews before booking a stay here, hopefully you are reading now, and will not make the same mistake I did.

No service in the room after staying 5 days. Went to front desk and asked for clean towels and was told I have to bring my dirty towels to the front desk and exchange them. Used one one of them to mop the sticky floor and it came up black. Absolutely refused to have anyone come to service the room. Ice machine broken and will only give out cups of ice in the office.

Got a room having a mattress with broken springs. Lots of flies/bugs in the room. Bathroom here have no locks. And people here smoke weed in common areas. Please avoid this hotel. This is the worst hotel I have stayed at so far. Will never book a Motel 6 again.

NO REFRIGERATORS!!! NO REFRIGERATORS!!! NO REFRIGERATORS!!! NO REFRIGERATORS!!! NO REFRIGERATORS!!! Plus, holes in the sheets, nasty pillows and both ice machines were out of order. I was booked for 4 days but left after only 1 night. Also of note, but not the motels fault, they're at the corner near a gas station. Idiots blast their music all night while fueling.

Idk what they talking about but everything is nice and clean and the rooms feel like suites looks like they just renovated everything but I was upset there was no microwave or fridge in the room OR THE LOBBY I have never heard of that!!! Otherwise I would have gave 5 stars
