I regret staying here. I knew the bulletproof glass at checkin was not a good sign of things to come. Customer service is not good. The room was not in good shape. Entry door was hard to shut and lock. Floor was sticky so I had to wear my shoes at all times. Bathroom is gross with the bathtub peeling, water pressure low. Some of the people here appeared to me were gang members or drug addicts. Do not recommend bringing your wife or kids here.

The Rooms have no hot water ive stayed here 3 times because of pricepoint but water only getd luke warm at best so this is final straw i let it slide 2 times so if your looking for an enjoyable hot showee its non existent here. sink water gets really hot tho i dont get it. Price is only reason not giving it 1 star

Rooms are basic. Check in went smoothly. Laundry area could use another set of machines. Downside, doors slamming all night, can hear everything going on in other rooms, just loud all night. Needless to say we got no sleep.

The elevator wasn't working, they had to move us rooms because the AC wasn't working in one room. The other room we had smelled horrible. Everything was run down and I couldn't even shower because the showers looked disgusting and unclean. Okay location though.

The first night I was there the full length mirror randomly fell off the wall and when I informed the horribly rude day guy he walked off. Was there two weeks and no one came by to even acknowledge the broken glass I had to eventually clean up, (had to go buy a broom at Walmart). The roaches are the size of small mice. Fortunately I was on my way out when I saw one of those. I tried to let the again horribly rude day guy know about the issues again and he called me a “liar” and a “dumb bitch.” I would rather sleep under a bridge than set foot in this property ever again. Don’t do it, Do not stay here.

The cleaning staff at this hotel were nice people and that's where the positives end. The front desk staff/owner is rude af. Why are you in a customer service business if all you do is scowl at people and act like they are bothering you when they are there to give you money?? I asked for a 1st floor room 5 seconds after the guy started checking me in a d he was like "I already put you on the 2nd floor," as if he couldn't easily change it. The entire hotel smelled bad, like bug spray (you'll find out why later) and wet paint as some guy was going around doing random spot painting in the halls without putting up signs or anything, so of course my dog and one of my bags grazed against wet paint. The elevator it rickety and makes a scary noise every time it stops. There were many sketchy people in and around the hotel, doors slamming all night, crazy people yelling, etc. Then once you get in the room things only get worse. The flat sheet, fitted sheet and top "comforter" (its paper thin) all had stains and/or burn holes, the towels had stains, the ac was super loud and impossible to sleep through, the shower door doesn't actually close properly and is clearly makeshift, the remote barely worked, had to press buttons down super hard over and over to change channels and to top it all off there were roaches and a spider and maybe more. I felt itchy and irritated the whole time I was there, felt like I could never get clean or relax or sleep soundly. I am aware Motel 6 is a budget motel and I have been staying there for a out 2 decades, so I know not to expect luxury, but I do expect a clean room where I can take a shower and have a good night's sleep. That's the bare minimum for any hotel. In this particular case the staff was so rude and apathetic it seemed pointless and intimidating to bring these issues to their attention and upon contacting Motel 6 I just recieved a "we're so sorry." To me that is not good enough. I would avoid this hotel at all costs if I were you. I booked 4 nights and ended up paying over $300 and unfortunately I do not have the funds to leave until my reservation is done, bit when I did I stayed at the Sonesta Select in Richardson for about $10-$15/night and had a completely different experience. Nice, spotlessly clean, comfortable and wonderful staff. My advice to that Motel 6 is to sell and go into a business that doesn't require customer service because you clearly aren't interested in that.

Do not stay here they have roaches. Housekeeping is a joke. I had to constantly ask for service. The last time I did the girl told me I could throw my trash away myself. She said the dumpster was out back. The location was great and that was all it had going for it.

Stayed one night last month. Renovations are going to happen but you don't have to use the lobby as a construction storage site. Also, why does the manager have to take up the two best parking spots at the front with his one car? Room was not as clean as it should have been. AC unit was weak and took forever to cool down the room. They use flouresent or cheap led lights throughout so it feels like a bunch of bug lights in the interior. Hopefully renovations will make it better but I have seen how motel 6 renovates in the past. They just cover up old stained smelly finishes with a layer of new finishes.
