This is a great place to get a clean room to rest your head. Customer service is 5 star and I never had a problem booking a room at this location. I recommend that people come here to stay if you want to have a great place to say. 👍🏾👍🏾

The staff is really nice. They were really respectful the front desk when they went to go into my room. My room was really nice. It smells good housekeeping really nice. I would like to leave a really good compliment about the maintenance lady my toilet was broken and she came to fix my toilet she so nice to me

I've stayed at this location a few times, and I really enjoy it. I like that everything is closed around you. And most of all the management is great! One day specifically I was having a slow morning and I was $2 and 48 cents short on my rent, I went right down to the office at 11:30 and the manager gave me some extra time without charging me that late fee. Honestly thank God for him because it's 118° here and I would have been outside! So I really appreciate everything that you did! God bless!

Charming stop just off the freeway! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, setting a positive tone from check in.My room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Motel does not offer an onsite restaurant, but the manager helped me to order food from local restaurants because I was not aware of the restaurants nearby. One of the best maintained motel 6 I have ever visited. Thank you for such a hospitality I will be back sometime again.

Manager was very nice and willing to move me to a bottom room due to my bad knees. Housekeepers are very friendly always stopping by to see if we needed anything. Security is seen walking around hotel making you feel safe and also very friendly and attentive to who are residents at hotel.

I hardly ever write a negative review, but you need to know about this Motel 6 before you book. Motel 6s are great when you've been on the road all day and just need some sleep before you set out again in the morning. This Phoenix West property fell far below these minimal expectations.|| ||It took us four phone calls to confirm our reservation – someone would answer, grunt unintelligibly, put the phone down and leave us to hear the sounds of their office before we were disconnected after a few minutes. When we arrived to check in for our prepaid room, we waited 15 minutes in line, noticing the two police cars that were parked outside. We’d been promised a first-floor room, but the receptionist put us on the third floor, describing the first-floor room as “horrible.” The door of the decrepit elevator repeatedly wouldn’t close until I found a small rock blocking the track.||||Our non-smoking room stank of smoke. The towels, bedding and bathtub were stained, the toilet would not completely flush, and what appeared to be blood was on the bathroom door. The temperature buttons on the air conditioner were punched-in and not functional. There was constant yelling and loud music from partying guests. ||||See the attached photos if you dare.

So far I am having a great experience at this location. They have a Night time security guard that makes me feel safe to not have to worry about people breaking into my car and a very helpful and respectful staff in the front office. Willing to go above and beyond for the customers. Thank you all!!

This place is very nice place. Good rooms, they are clean and very comfortable. When you enter the office you are welcomed by the amazing front desk staff. I recommend coming here for your stay.😁
