Motel 6 Pasadena, TX - Motel in Pasadena - 3010 Pasadena Fwy, USA

The customer service was great, at first they gave me the wrong room, but when I let them know that I needed a disability room, they had no problem getting me one and did it without a fuss. Now... The room. We saw a couple of German roaches. One got into my husband's backpack. I asked for a disabled room with a kitchenette, but I had to give up the kitchenette for the disabled room. The shower had a drain but the entrance had an incline for wheelchair access, but the water ran into the rest of the bathroom which had no drain, so the floor was constantly wet or slippery. There are also dead bugs smashed on the walls everywhere, there's a hole in the bathroom door near the top hinge, and lastly the painters should be reprimanded for not using painters tape. For the location, it's a great location. It's right off the highway, however people let their animals poop on the sidewalks and they don't pick it up, so the outside stinks right next to the parking. Best thing is that it's located next to a barbecue place, but unfortunately we didn't get to try it because it's not open in the weekend. Lol just a series of unfortunate events. We did enjoy our stay though because the kids were able to jump in the pool, they were graduating, and most of all, we had each other.

Roaches, mold, and dingey broken furniture. That pretty much sums up the room itself. The bed wasn't bad, though, and the sheets were clean [I hope]. However, I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, turned on a light, and the floor was moving. Roaches everywhere. A bunch of the furniture in the room is broken or looks like it's about to fall apart, there's fire code violations, holes in the bathroom walls, and what looks like black mold on the walls in the living area... Moving away from the room, you better hope you speak Spanish as the housekeeping staff don't speak English (at least not the ones I met). The front desk staff... Well, check-in was quick. I don't really have anything else to say about them as they didn't really bother with unnecessary chatter. The hotel isn't in a great area, so either make sure you have something to protect yourself or keep your door locked (if it will lock, mine barely did) and don't leave anything in your car. Would I stay here again? No. Did I get a choice staying here in the first place? No, my company paid for it.

Hello, well I admit our family is always here. We have had pretty good experiences here. We even had the GM come visit with us. They are very accommodating. Housekeeping is very pleasant and always helpful. The best deal for your dollar. It's also quite which is always nice. Thanks for making the extra effort.

We have been staying for a long period of time and the entire staff has made our stay such a pleasure! We highly recommend you stay here. Anytime we travel to this area this will be our home away from home. Thanks to each and everyone from front desk to housekeeping. Vikki Loner

Do not stay here unless you absolutely have no other options. My husband and I stayed here over the weekend while we made repairs to our home. The room was filthy, walls were filthy, ac was covered in dust, sheets and blankets had stains, hair, and burn holes on them , the floor looks to have been through a flood, there was mold on the wall, towel rack/ luggage rack were both badly rusted, the cover for the vent in the bathroom fell on me while I was showering, hallways stunk and carpets were covered in dog hair, phone in the room did not work. There were roaches in the room as well. I informed the front desk of the issue with the phone and the cleanliness front desk agent said they would make a note. Never heard back again. People upstairs were physically fighting, could hear banging and yelling as well as dog barking. The fire alarm went off both mornings. Any how I would never bring my family to this place although the staff seemed nice nothing was done about anything and that room should have been out of service! Seems like a pretty sketchy place would recommend you watch your back and have something to protect yourself on you at all times. I wish I could add my photos I’m not getting the option to do so.

Checked in and immediately left. Hallways smelled horrid. Bed covers had stains and cigarette burn holes. Bath tub looked not clean. Not one single staff member had a uniform or name tag. I stayed at a Motel 6 before and it wasn't bad. Stay away from this location. Literally the nastiest motel I ever went to.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! STILL TRYING TO GET A REFUND!! We arrived and piyrush was so helpful! Truly he was the only good in my bad experience. I rented two rooms , the first one (140) had mold all on the restroom ceiling, door and toilet. DISGUSTING! There was blood stains on the wall not cleaned. The second room (128) we were locked in and then locked out of. The front desk had to get a master key to open it up for us both times. SAFETY HAZARD! AND as the kids were trying to enjoy a movie night, roaches started coming out and crawling on the children !! I went up to the front desk and the other receptionist first didn’t have uniform on and said he would write a note for the manager. Safe to say we left FRIDAY NIGHT RIGHT AFTER THE ROACH CRAWLED ON MY SON! This was Friday 6/28. It is now 7/1, still no refund and no response from the manager of the hotel. Attached are the pics I have. DO NOT STAY HERE

Please DO NOT be fooled by the 4 and 5 stars. This motel offers a free Gatorade bottle or a free Pepsi bottle for 4 and 5 star reviews…I reserved a king and they gave me two queens. The WiFi wasn’t working. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Luke warm water in shower. There was half used soap in the bathtub. There was half used soap by the sink. There was a used shampoo packet on the floor of bathroom. The toilet seat was up and there was pee stains on it. Basically proving that they didn’t even clean the bathroom. So gross. The fridge and microwave were unplugged. I had to move the fridge to find the cords. No coffee anywhere. No ice. So incredibly disappointing. I give two stars instead of one cuz it was cheap. $60 after taxes on a Friday.
